    product has helped keep headlights from dimming a little bit. Need more for the power storage my amp. Pushes way too much power. Would be great for 12 or 10 inch sub.

    I mean, the product is fine. It does what it’s supposed to. I bought it because I didn’t feel like wiring another battery in yet. Completely overpriced, tho.

    Decent product .the screws on top to tighten wires in could be made a little better .mine were stripped a little when I first got it and the connections for the wires to the cap were loose even when screw was tight

    This capacitor added extra protection to my alternator that I couldn’t upgrade in size (amps) this product provided extra peace of mind.

    Useful for filtering the power going to your amp to reduce any noise being introduced. Not useful for supplying power to amps with significant power draws. But is useful in specific applications or instances to improve sound. Will not magically give you more power or fix your electrical signal. Price too high

    No one likes the idea of capacitor for your sub so, I never got to try it or use it. I got nothing against that particular brand but you can’t find an installer who is happy to hook it up in your car. It is not happening. Don’t buy it unless you really need it. I think it is a good product but not for improving sound quality or adding power to your AMP or bass.

    This was a much needed boost in power. Most people don’t understand their use, the rule of thumb is one for every 150 watts you have. Keep that in mind when you buy it, use it like it’s meant to be used and you’ll be just as happy as I am.

    I first purchased two units. They arrived in a bubble wrap envolope. One had massive dent in its side. One had a dent near the top. I tested them and the dents heated up so i decided too risky. Did a full return and waited another half werk for two new ones. They seem to ship separately. It arrived in the same bubble envelope. Package was yellowed and clearly beaten up. One bracket was broken so i made due with what was left since canister seemed fine. I installed it and it was next to two others of same type and size but the Bulz brand. Knowing everything matched i installed the first since it arrived first. Following instructions and using light bulb to charge then installing final wire. I noted it seemed to run a couple decimal points higher then the other two but knew that to be normal as no two are exactly identical to the decimal. About an hour of normal operations i was away from shop where my sound equipment is cleaning my BBQ grill and i heard an explosion from my shop. Thankfully i do have cameras and got it on record. My shop filled with toxic smoke and i was desperate to get the leads off the cap as that was all i could see. Canister and insides were gone. Once i got the wires safe i started my air filter systems and tried to purge air from shop so i could see. I found the canoster straight down but its core was gone. I found the core 6 feet away leaning up against my computer with my very expensive sport drone smashed over and under it. Destroyed! Computer seem to be ok but i lost in a second the Capacitor and a Drone i use in tornaments. Went to best buy and they said to call their main number to begin a claim. I will never buy any Brand but Bulz again for capacitor needs. First i know full well the voltage ratining and always stayed in that range. Second it was in standby when it happen. Third i am a computer and electrical technician and know how to install and use these components properly. I hope this helps. If i find where i can post the video and pics it is well worth a look.
