    I was able to install my double din stereo with this kit without a problem. It’s not a perfect fit to my unit, but they are all made slightly differently anyways right?! It’s close enough for me. The only thing I didn’t like about this product was the finish on the trim plate that snaps around the stereo’s face. Its a very dull black and looks cheap. Some cheap spray paint would probably help a lot. In my case I used some PPG automotive paint and it turned out really nice. Overall, the product works for what its made for, and that’s most important to most people.

    This Dash Kit is needed for 3rd gen Rams without the navigation system, must cut existing dash to use and install a double din radio.

    Bought this dash kit for my 2007 Ram , there was other colored dash kits available for the 07 Dodge Ram from the dealership to mstch dash, but the black dash kit doesnt cost any extra and if you have black in your dash will blend in , and look really good.
