    Best Buy tech advised to purchase to be able to complete installation without issues. After about two hours, the installation was completed and I have to say that the JVC 6.8” Apple Car Play Blue Tooth receiver looks. Perfect in the vehicle.

    Yes, wrong part eventho best buy literally told me that it was the correct one for my vehicle. After I proved them wrong by unsuccessfully installing it into my vehicle the item was no longer returnable due to a part missing. They said they would exchange it for the right one, which had to be ordered and would take 10 days, if I found that part. I never did. The reason I gave this 1 star was the parts were very flimsy, cheap, and broke easily. Was a tacky design, and didnt fit how it was suppose to.

    I ordered this so Best Buy installer could use to install Kenwood radio in my 2002 Hyundai Elantra but they stopped installing because of virus so I installed myself and these parts were not needed.

    Great job by installer.Bought my radio in March, but because of covid19 , it got installed in July. Also, got a brief lesson on how to use the radio.First time I have ever used Bluetooth. I have had my Pioneer radio for a little more than 3 weeks , and I am very happy with it.
