    When the delivery guys came to my house to deliver my new washer and pedestal. My husband didn’t look at the pedestal drawer that has a dent on the side. That’s why I’m giving it a one star.

    I had a difficult time finding anyone that had the Maytag pedestal. I called Best Buy. There was one available that I could pick up 4 days later. Very pleasant experience and would recommend Best Buy

    Washer sits as it should on pedestal, washer is quite balanced on pedestal. Drawer works well in bottom part of pedestal. Pedestal looks well and matches washer. So overall looks and works as it is suppose to, can’t ask for much more than that, so all is well.

    Regardless of one’s age, this is a great item to include w/your appliance purchase. It adds 18-inches of height, making it much more pleasant to load/unload laundry.

    So disappointed in the workmanship. Even empty, the drawer drags against the bottom front support. No instructions on how to pull drawer out of the supports to try to rig something to make it work correctly. So frustrating!

    The handle pull is made of cheap plastic which the screws attach to from underneath and after unattaching it, noticed they have broken. Fix currently in place for that is gorilla glue drying.

    Would really appreciate the manufacturer reaching out to help me fix what is soooo wrong with this drawer system. Am beyond return date with BB. (14 days…really?!)

    This pedestal made my washer look complete. Awesome storage space especially if you are short on space in the wash area. A bit pricey but I needed it. It should have been a combo because you can’t use the washer without it unless you have a built-in area for the washer.

    I would never buy a front-load washer without a pedestal. I keep my laundry supplies in it. Most of all, however, it puts the door at the right level to use with my laundry cart. If I didn’t have the cart, I would put a table in front & just under both machines’ doors. I pull out of one machine and wheel it over to the other to load up. This is so super easy on my back!!

    I bought this product when replacing my washing machine and dryer. This was a must have with the low profile of the newer front loading machines.
    The drawers slide in and out easily. I am able to fit a 64oz liquid detergent bottle with no issue. The 32oz Downey bottle is a different story. It is a tad too tall for this base. Satisfied with the purchase.

    We purchased the Maytag washer and dryer is that go with the stand. We love the extra storage as well as the fact that we don’t have to bend over to put things in and take things out of the machines.

    these pedestals are wonderful and as you get older its nice bumping up the height of the washer and dryer by a foot. no more bending over and taking things out of the washer to move over to the dryer.

    I was not pleased with this item at all. There is a gap on one side of this base beside the pull out drawer that is open and allows dirt to get up under the washer. Dryer side is fine.

    I got pedestals for both the washer and dryer. I couldn’t reach the bottom of a top load and couldn’t keep bending over to remove clothes from a dryer! Now I almost have to stand on tip toes to put anything on the top of the machines but can load and unload both of them!
