I really don’t like to review appliances so soon after installation, but thus far, it has been very good. Dishes are clean, and I really like the arrangement of spines and racks for holding a LOT of dishes. The third rack is the best one I saw when researching what to buy.

My new Maytag dishwasher is replacing my 20 year old Maytag. The new one is so quiet and cleans really well. The third rack is so useful and expands the useable space. I love that the buttons are on the top rather than the front – makes it easier to clean/keep clean. Also that it show how long the cycle will be, how much time is left and the small light on the front showing that it’s in process or completed. Love it!

I wanted a dishwasher that didn’t have a manual filter and it’s not easy to find one these days. I was pleased to find this one. I also wanted a third rack and I love the configuration of this one. It holds large knives, utensils, and small glasses. With the third rack, this dishwasher holds a lot and all of the dishes come out very clean every time, no rinsing required, just scrape off the food scraps. It’s also incredibly quiet, except for some short periods of faint knocking sounds.
The biggest disadvantage is the slots are so far apart that it’s hard to find places to put small plastic lids where they won’t fall through.
Overall, I would recommend this dishwasher without reservation.

This is a great dishwasher. It washes very well and dries even better. I love the 3rd rack. It is very quiet. The co trolls on the top are a nice touch, I’m not accidentally bumping into them like I was my old one.

I love the three racks and the buttons are easy to use – and the feature allows you to postpone the washing for 1 hour to 24 hours which is really cool. It’s so quiet I couldn’t tell if it was even on! It did’nt seem to dry everything as well as I’d like but it may not be the fault of the machine.

The dishwasher had a bend in the door and did not seal properly. Caused water damage to wood floor. The whole floor had to be buffed out to match wood colors. Floor repair is costing $1350.00
Dishwasher is supposed to be picked up today but have not received notice of when they are coming.

We have used it only about ten times, and the dishes are mostly clean and mostly dry (using Auto with Heat Dry). We like the third rack, very convenient for things like small bowls and tongs. We wish it would indicate time remaining on the cycle.

Love the dishwasher which I bought in Dec. 2021. It was perfect for a year but in 2023, it keeps on having error code E1/F9. Maytag sent technician too many times but could not fix it. Finally in July, I was told that I’m out of manufacturing warranty so I can either get a 15% discount to buy a new one or buy an extended warranty. I thought Maytag is a reliable brand that will last more than a year. I won’t trust this dishwasher anymore. I won’t even trust Maytag anymore. I’m a very disappointed and unhappy customer and will not recommend this dishwasher.

Clearly well constructed, quiet and likely to be reliable. I find the rack design, including the highly touted third drawer, to be a mixed blessing. Some good and some of it kind of “huh?”. Cleaning ability seems fine, drying is pretty good. I am relatively pleased with this item.

The product is great, the delivery service was horrible. The delivery truck broke down and I was put in the back of the line again. My delivery was almost a week late. When your delivery truck breaks down, my dishwasher should have been on the next truck. The delivery service was completely unacceptable.
