    The sensor on the door does not work so It takes 10 minutes each time to push the door in tight enough for it to register. We’ve called Best Buy to get a new dryer but they never respond. Waited on phone on 2 occasions for 30 and 45 minutes and no one answered.

    Great dryer! No complaints. Very large capacity. The only oddity is when I add dryer sheets they often get one edge caught in the lint screen. I believe it’s because the suction is so strong pulling the lint from inside the dryer to the screen. Dries very well. I only had wrinkley clothes one time. I am still getting use to the machine.

    bought this from best buy outlet. Had problems with the door not latching but was able to use the product warranty to get a tech out to fix it. Bought the extended warranty plan but didn’t have to use it. Haven’t had any problems since and its been about 2 weeks now.

    Have to turn off and on again to use the different options on dryer. Says it holds large loads but clothes still come out damp so you cant laod to many at once.

    I like this dryer but the smart sensing is a little off. Sometimes smaller loads will come out still soggy and need a second load through. I just increase the time when I know this will happen.

    Got this for our new house. It’s been 5 months and haven’t had a single issue with it. While it is in the garage, we don’t hear it while clothes are drying. No weird problems, just clean clothes. Solid appliance.

    Good Dryer. It’s a little annoying that it continues to alert you when items are still in the dryer after running a load. As a bachelor, I kinda live out of my dryer. But it does it’s job well.

    I would give it 0 stars if I could! First off never buy appliances from Best Buy! I bought this dryer in March. I also paid 200 bucks extra for the geek squad protection plan. Currently the dryer has not worked for 2 weeks and it will be another month before someone can even come out to diagnose it! Best Buy refuses to repair it until one year has past! They make me contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer could car less about our hurricane struck area and forces you to wait until they get the time! This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company!

    Great dryer and can hold a lot of clothes. The start cycle button can be a little finicky sometimes and requires several pushes to get machine started.

    I purchased this dryer in August of 2020. December of 2021 I’ve already put $400 in for a repair. Rollers and belt needed replacing after just a little over a year. I contacted Maytag to report the issue. They simply told me it was out of warranty. Poor quality product and company does not back up their products.

    Worked well for 1 year than the noise started. Replaced belt and rollers. Worked good for 6 months then the noise started again. The absolute worst dryer ihave ever had in a home in 50 years. Looking for a new brand.

    I have had so many problems with this dryer. The door randomly opens while it’s on which causes it to stop. I have had multiple technicians come to fix it and it still continues opening
