Horrible design! Can’t stop it from rolling back and forth! Best Buy contacted the Rep for Maytag and they said that is how it is made. Supposedly I needed to put things in the fridge and that would make it stop from rolling back and forth. I did and it still rolls back and forth. I have had to place 4 big door stoppers (2 in front and 2 in back) to make it stop. It is a big eyesore to see these on my kitchen floor. I have talked to a Best Buy employee and manager about this issue at least 2 to 3 times. I do not have time to research a different refrigerator when I spent at least 2 months researching this one. I went back to Best Buy to see what they could do and the manager said they can’t do anything for me since it is made that way.
The function of the fridge in relation to keeping my food cold or frozen works fine. I just want it to stop from rolling back and forth!
