This is a complete game changer. We already had a theater that nobody thought could exist. We plugged this in the other day and activated the Dirac. And there’s no sense going to the movies anymore.

Extremely quiet AV processor (SINAD measured at 112dB by Audioholics). Multiple 4K120/8K60 inputs. Supports up to 15.4 channels with the 4 subs being independent for individual delay and level. Supports both Dirac (additional cost) and Audyssey MultEQ-X (additional cost) alonf with standard Audyssey MultEQ-XT32(built-in). Cons no legacy video inputs like composite or component video. Porthole display is kind of useless but its a traditional part of Marantz’s legacy designs. Final thoughts best AV processor with an extreme amount of configurable options to the end user.
