I paired this Maestro with my new Pioneer AVH-2550NEX head unit so that I could maintain my Ford Sync features (stereo and mic controls on my steering wheel, AC functions, etc.). It works flawlessly! I highly recommend this when replacing your stock stereo for that “upgraded factory” look and feel.

Works perfect with the system I got for my 2017 ford fusion hybrid
Christina –
it’s great to have some more ancillary options available via the radio.

Was sent an open box, which was torn and pretty much destroyed, someone took the time to use masking tape to repair though.
No paperwork, wires were obviously shorter than they should be and are frayed. The interface itself was not in plastic or any other protective packaging like most electronics are.
Guess I’ll go back to ordering from Crutchfield – this is a BestBuy issue.
thanks for wasting the day I took off to install a stereo.

A needed part in order for the pioneer 9” deck I’m putting in my truck. Best Buy informed me the need for this in order for my deck to work. Great service and a decent price!

The radio/steering wheel interface works well but it took quite a while to get used to it becasue it’s NOT like the original one.

This unit has made the original Steering Wheel controls work as they had from the factory. It did as it promised.

Devonic –

Ourlaw –
Everything works like it was factory. Installation tech did a great job. No problems to report.
LeeS –
Would have been great to know that the system had to be preprogrammed to my car before the install. Because it wasn’t preprogrammed, the steering wheel controls don’t all work and the backup camera is faulty.
MichaelB –
Had unit in stock and ready to go. It preforms as expected.
Dave –
Works great integrating my steering wheel controls to my Kenwood stereo. Once it is set up you can forget it’s there. The interface is easy to use.

Easy to setup. No complains with this, satisfied customer.

I purchased the RR to easily connect an aftermarket radio into a MX5. I should have read better though, as I thought it supported TPMS readout and although the PID is well known, idatalink refuses to add it. Guess I’ll stick to the Torque app for that data. On that topic the gauges are neat, but they are so slow to output to the Kenwood radio that they weren’t very useful for real time feedback. Setup and configuration was easy, and if I had a newer car that used all the OEM functionality I would possibly rate this higher, but the high price isn’t worth what little extra it could do for me. I also had problems with the vehicle specific harness, but am not docking points on this for those issues.
Robyn –
Great gift idea for so many reasons. Everyone will love it.

Excellent product, i had it installed on my 2007 chev tahoe, it worked perfect. I am able to use buttons on my steering wheel, which is what i was worried about.
