    This is a great wireless headset. Excellent audio with clear, crisp sound. Easy bluetooth connection. Long battery life as well I think 10 hours on a full charge.

    Audio sounded great and the mute/unmute also changed the mute notification on Teams, which was nice, but the ear pieces were pretty hard which caused ear pain to my wife and then myself after only 2 hours.

    This has been the best work headset. I have purchased several cheaper headsets but was hesitant to spend the money. Man was I wrong not to invest in quality. The dongle gives it a seamless connection that doesn’t drop. Works on a phone client, slack, teams, and listening to music.

    Bought for my daughter in law for Xmas. She does a lot of video calls and phone calls for work . She likes how they connect phone and laptop. Only problem with them is Ear pieces are not Comfortable.

    Upgraded my work headset from the H800. Clear sound and love the longer battery. The audible mute on/off is nice to know if you are muted or not. Super easy to install with the plug and play feature.

    Switching primary audio from one device to another can be a pain.

    Windows doesn’t want to let my phone play audio unless I leave the sound control panel open on my Windows machine. When I leave the sound control panel open it works great.

    I was so tired of the mic not working and having to reconnect and reboot at various times. So frustrating when you hold up a zoom meeting because your headset is acting up again. They ended up getting smashed onto the floor.

    Perfect headset for when working in the office and from home. Logi tune app for iOS / Android / Windows / MAC allows to update headset and control it as well. Best app features are sidetone/ noice cancelling. I use headset for work (calls all day) and it’s a plus when also wanting to concentrate and doge background noise while not on a call. Recommended headset. You can adjist for how many hours headset should auto turn off, usuaully it lasts 1/2 full days on a single charge for me. Only able to connect 2 bluetooth devices at same time.

    I love these to be honest though and to warn people when first wearing these theses an adjustment period. Mainly if you wear glasses, the reason being is they these are fairly tight snd can cause pressure on your ears where you’d glasses sit. Other than that there’s a very long battery life, and charges pretty quick 14 hours in 30 mins.

    Incredible sound, but after a while, this presses on the ears to hard. We had to buy an after market mod for this. Remove padding, add a new bracket and new ear padding and it works great and doesn’t hurt the ears. Logitec does not have a fix on their site. Cost was an additional $40 to make the changes.

    One big issue with these is the Bluetooth connection – it is awful. Maybe it depends on what device you are using (I’ve been using MacOS and Windows) and it is just so bad for a $200+ headset.

    That aside, they are comfy and have nice features with the ANC and wireless charging. Definitely a premium headset with very bad Bluetooth.

    I wanted a set of headphones for my dragon dictation software. I chose these for the price and reviews. I am happy with them. They are comfortable and accurate. They connected to my computer easily. Long battery life.

    I was looking for a good noise cancelling microphone and a comfortable headset to wear while working. The noise cancelling microphone I would give 2 stars. Headphone comfort 4 stars. Sound quality is 4 stars. The ease of the buttons 4 stars. Battery life is great, I have used them with Microsoft Teams for 7 hours in one day and still had battery power left.

    works with Microsoft Teams. I’ve tried a ton of other headphones and none worked well. they’re lightweight an pairs fast with my computer. battery lasts a long time. i like that it tells you how many hrs are left before it needs charged.

    I was really excited to try this headset. On paper, it had everyrhing I was looking for in a headset. I work 10 hour shifts in a call center and my last headset finally died after taking over 100k calls with it since April of 2020.

    I needed something with multiple connectivity, so I could pair to my work computer and my phone at the same time. This headset delivered there perfectly. I was able to quickly connect to my phone and my work PC without issues. I was able to listen to music from my phone when not on a call and when a call did come in for work, it automatically switched the headset over to my work PC. Once I finished with the call, it would automatically resume playing music from my phone. Super cool feature I have to say! The sound quality for music is decent, but nothing to write home about – i’d give it a 6 out of 10 for listening to music.

    The sound quality while on a call is as good as youd expect from a high end headset. It performed well and it did block out enough ambient noise with ANC off to get the job done in my relatively quiet home office. I loved the portability of this headset, it folds up nicely and the carrying pouch even has a slit for the reciever to ride in.

    The microphone quality right out of the box without installing any software (can’t be installed on my work PC due to security concerns) was amazing. I compared recordings of calls made on this headset, with calls made from a couple of other headsets and its a night and day difference in favor of this headset. I’d give the microphone quality on calls with a softphone a 9 out of 10. Best I’ve heard with no software needed.

    The battery life claimed up to 14 hours, but I never heard the lady who’s voice tells you various things about the headset while you’re using it ever say I had more than 10 hours remaining, even on a full charge. So if you plan on using multipoint connectivity, expect 10 hours with no ANC on. Basically just enough to get through one of my 10 hour work days. I would charge it on lunch just to make sure I would make it the full 10.5 hours.

    The wireless charging feature is super cool, not something I have found on any other headset. It came in handy when I was working from the office, Id throw it on my wireless fast charging Samsung portable power brick at lunch on days I was working in office. I found I didn’t use the wireless feature at all while I was working from home, but it was still a cool feature.

    The main flaw with this headset turned out to be comfort. It was a returnable dealbreaker for me. It just sadly is not comfortable at all for work use where the headset needs to be on your head for extended periods of time. When you initially put it on, it feels pretty good, but thr clamp force is exteme. The exteme clamp force coupled with the fact that the headset ear pieces don’t rotate to the left or right at all, creates a device that is very, very uncomfortable for work use. Within 30 minutes, my ears were hurting and for those calls that lasted an hour or more, it was excruciatingly painful.

    By the last 2 hours of a shift, both ears felt like they were being stabbed and were incredibly sore to the touch. The metal they use for the headband is unrelenting and without the ability for the ear pieces to rotate left/right at all, it forces the ear pieces to clamp the backs of your ears forecfully to the back of your head. I read lots of reviews and I was surprised anyone found these comfortable for all day use – because they are not. They are the least comfortable ive ever used for a full work day. They remind me of their 20 dollar entry level corded headsets that many places like to issue to their employees – 20 dollar toture devices. I never expected their top of the line wireless headset to have the same comfort issues as their bargain basement entry level offering.

    So for the comfort reason alone, this headset is a big FAIL. It could have been amazing, but the damage they do to your ears over the course of a normal work day is not worth the features/looks/portability.

    If it helps, I dont have a large head either, I wear a S/M in one size fits all hats.

    Noise canceling is not a good idea when you use the headset talking to customers on the phone all day. The feature works well but not hearing yourself clearly is a problem. Also, it is tight on the ears and get uncomfortable when used for eight plus hours non-stop. Best Buy return policy made it easy to return.

    The mute keeps activating even with the speaker pulled down. It’s super embarrassing during meetings to keep fiddling with the microphone handle moving it up and down asking “can you hear me?” I purchased this just a few months ago so it’s past the return date. Also, the headset will slide down and off my head when I bend over to pick up something. The ear pads hurt the outer edges of my ears if I’m wearing them over an hour.

    I have bought four of these for the engineering office I work at for our MS Teams meetings.
    The noise cancelling is very good for the price point.
    I may buy more of these as the need arises.
    The software that you can download is very basic but needed to tweak the settings. The headset can be charged wireless on a common wireless phone charger base. they also fold up in a compact package. It also comes with the cables shown and a USB-C cable and a nice heavy cloth bag. Buying this product is money well spent.
