    I think Logitech has some of the best gadgets with the best reliability out there. They have a great manufacturer’s warranty too. For that reason, I never hesitate to buy their products. This adapter works as intended. It looks small, sleek, and has good grip on most surfaces to not slip away and fall. With that said, I made the mistake of thinking this bluetooth adapter could provide two way audio (input OR output). It cannot. Its intended to be used to connect BT enabled devices. I needed something that could connect via bluetooth to my Logitech speakers. It couldn’t do that, so I ended up returning them. It works as intended, but not as I needed it.

    This bluetooth adapter let me connect our very old stereo system to bluetooth. We have outdoor speakers attached to the garage and I though I would have to completely replace them This solved the problem. I can enjoy my music playlist in the backyard at minimal cost! I love it!

    Very poor instructions. However, intuitive and easy setup and install. I go away for a week, upon return, it remembers my phone and is connected as soon as I plug it in

    This is a good little device to expand the usage of your favorite daily speakers. Compact and easy to set up, but with a couple of drawbacks.

    Drawbacks:
    – There’s no power switch, so if its plugged in its always on
    – The bluetooth on this device seems to override any others, so your audio will jump to this as soon as its in range.

    To overcome these issues, I have it plugged into a switch that I can turn on/off easily when needed. I also have my speakers plugged into this switch since they also have an inconvenient power switch. So both devices come on at the same time when I want to use them.

    I would have given it 5 stars if the output signal (dB) level was equal to the output (dB) level from my amp and radio reciever. I noticed it was substantially less, so I feed it through my Numark 10 band Eq first and then back to my amp. For the price point it does the job well, and if you have a Eq you can be quite happy with the dB level results once you input it through Eq, and won’t notice the inline lower dB level. Im sure more expensive adapters perform better, but again at price point it was well worth it. Its easy to use and once paired it always automatically connects when you power it on, and we use it paired with 2 devices and can switch it during playback easily as well. I wish it would have came with a RCA to RCA cable instead of the 2 sided one with a headphone jack, but it does allow someone to use a older device with that headphone jack in case its not a Bluetooth device.
    I recommended this Logitech product for anyone who has a older amp or stereo receiver system with no Bluetooth capability, it allows me to use it both on our old ’80s JVC stereo system components as well as our 2005 model Sony stereo receiver.

    I used this to add bluetooth functionality to an early model Bose Solo unit to use at work. It functions flawlessly. It is always on, so when I park next to my office it transfers my phone bluetooth from my truck to the office when I pull into my parking space. It’s not a downside for me. The logitech was not much more than the knockoffs and I trust the brand to deliver solid products.
