    This is a great camera! It slowed the computer down for what I needed it for. I was teaching online classes and couldn’t run both the camera software and my class software.

    Was working great for both work and personal video conferencing. Unfortunately, I plugged it into my work laptop today for a meeting and my second screen went blank, and now my work laptop no longer detects USB-C devices. I can’t get it to work on my personal or work computer so it appears to be fried — hopefully my work laptop’s USB-C port isn’t toast since that’s how it charges. I guess I’m going to have to contact Logitech to go through the warranty process since I’m about a month past the return period.

    Pros:
    – fits any monitor as long as the bezel isn’t too narrow
    – excellent camera quality
    – aesthetically pleasing
    – long, durable rubber synthetic cord

    Cons:
    – price (but that’s all electronics right now)
    – very heavy
    – did not plug and play as well as others, took some work with downloading software on MacBook Air.

    Overall, a great camera. You get what you pay for!

    Works well and people on the other end have complimented that it’s a very clear and smooth image. As mentioned by others, it connects by USB C which can be a pro or con depending on how what used ports you have on your PC.

    Wow… this was a let down. Maybe I got a bad one, but the video quality was horrible. Not clear or sharp whatsoever. The color was better and more natural than others I tested, and I liked the framing options. Audio was solid. But I could not get past the low resolution. Seemed very out of character given its capabilities and reviews. I returned this unit and did not exchange it.

    Excellent picture quality, easy to set up and plenty of options. 1080p 60FPS. While not a 4K camera I have a feeling that the sensor must be improved over their 4k Brio line. Color accuracy out of the box, while not perfect is significantly better. One of the main reasons I purchased was the USB type C connector. Works great with my 2021 Macbook Pro M1 Max

    This product has excellent reviews everywhere but it is actually average when compare with Logitech BRIO or other high end webcams. One bad design is that the USB cable is not detachable. It is kind of OK “so-so” quality.

    Me and my wife stream online and we have been having so many different problems with cams until we got this one auto focus picks up sound great really great picture quality easy to install to obs really if you are looking a streaming cam get this one worth every penny

    I would give it a better rating and here’s why. It is a good camera. Quality is good, looks nice and the auto focus I love. The only problem I have is the fact that I can’t change the size. I tried in the Logitech capture app and it did not work. I can’t make it 1920×1080. I get a square, not a rectangle camera view. It’s hard for me to put camera borders and overlays. Spent all this money just to have a square on my screen that I can’t change

    No better than the $30 webcam I was trying to upgrade from because it’s not actually 1080p and the white balance is always VERY off no matter how much you adjust it in their software.

    Worse is that the plastic bit it grips onto to be able to put it on a tripod (same with the standard one, it’s the same design just a different bottom part) doesn’t fit or grip. It’s such a lazy and dysfunctional design that I don’t know how anyone has good reviews for this.

    Just not remotely reliable on an M1 Mac. It seems beyond Logitech to make drivers that work, not to mention make rotation work as advertised. It takes far too much work to even establish which Logitech software you need, as it’s not what the box says, and Logitech just decide to abandon software and move to half developed alternatives. Support are legitimately useless. For me it randomly will just start looping my audio for other people, which can only be remedied by unplugging, plugging in and restarting the meeting. There’s no pattern to when it happens but it happens EVERY day at least once. By far the most expensive webcam i’ve bought and by far the least reliable, but didn’t start showing these problems until return period was up.

    I would love this camera, however there are terrible issues with audio looping while on conference calls. I don’t believe it’s a hardware issue, yet a software issue. Logitech has been useless in helping to solve the issue.

    This streamcam is super nice. I use it mostly in discord (I haven’t built up the courage to stream on Twitch or anything yet). I thought it was time to get my own and stop stealing my brother’s webcam and I think this is one of the best purchases in terms of streaming. It autofocuses and can pick up images in the dark. The imaging was clear and very comparable to using an expensive Canon camera to stream. A cool feature about it was the rotatable camera so it not only stream horizontal, but it can also stream vertical. It also matches my white setup which is a plus. The set up was pretty easy & was another device I could control in the Logitech GHub. It was a lot bigger than I thought it was, but the size did not matter.
    The only reason for 4 stars was I didn’t realize it was a USB-C connection and it didn’t have a removable wire so I can change it out for another. I had to buy an adapter off Amazon to turn USB-C to USB-A which meant I had to wait another 3-days until I was able to actually use it. If I were to use it on a laptop, I would have had no problems and this would have been a 5-star review.
