    I’ve had three Logitech keyboard cases. One a long time ago which was the best I had. That was almost 10 years ago. More recently, they have sucked! Have to replace the one I just got in January 2021, just little over a year ago. Three of they keys have popped off, one of them popped off about 6 mos. ago. Now it’d dead, won’t come on or operate at all. No more Logitech iPad keyboards for me! Something has happened with the quality over time.

    This case has been great for our son’s required iPad for High School. He was a heavy user of this keyboard, 1st one lasted 3.5 years including during the COVID home school days. Just now buying a second one which should last him through college. Very satisfied.

    Fits iPad very well and keyboard is easy to set up and use. Only negative is the weight which is a little heavy. Folio provides good protection for iPad.

    I did not realize that the keyboard had a battery. Not until I was reading the directions for the new keyboard. So I promptly put new batteries in my old one and returned the new one with no problem. Thank you!

    I really like the Slim Folio. The only drawback is that it is a little slippery to handle. I think a little soft pebbling around the edge would be helpful.

    It connects quickly and is very easy to use, but the keys break off and there’s no way to replace them. It does protect my ipad if I drop it, good battery life, and easy to change the battery when needed. I’ve purchase it twice, because it’s the best one I’ve used so far.

    This was a warranty replacement. The durability of this keyboard is the best I’ve seen. It lasted until the final month of the 2 year of extended warranty. I would recommend this keyboard, and PARTICULARLY I RECOMMEND BEST BUY’S EXTENDED WARRANTY PROGRAM. Best extended warranties in the industry!

    This is the second slim folio. I really like this product. The first one got dropped on the corner and the keyboard wouldn’t work, even though the batteries were new. The iPad fits snuggly into it. We had the first one for about 4 years, so longevity is not an issue. I recommend it for use with an ipad.

    I took my iPad in with to make this purchase. I was told by the sales rep that it would work with IPad. It does not work with my IPad and is now a worthless piece of clutter around my house.

    I have purchased my slim folio from Best Buy hoping that will last at least a year, and it has been only 5 months and it does not work anymore. Replaced the batteries CR2032 paired the slim folio to the tablet over and over and it keeps disconnecting.

    Lives up to its name: slim but offers good solid protection for the iPad. Easy to use. I do wish it were rechargeable, however. Once the battery runs down, somewhere in the future, that will be it.

    There is not much choice if you old a gen 5/6 iPad, but I’ve had 2 of these now and the arrow buttons have popped off of both! The first one lasted a long time, but the most recent one failed within a year. Thank goodness for Best Buy TotalTech, who replaced it.

    I appreciate the ipad’s snug fit, easy-to-grip exterior, strong magnet to keep screen upright, and the keyboard’s automatic on/off feature. Glad it was still offered in my old iPad’s size. Found as an open box $65
