MelanieW –
I have been using this mouse for over a year and I love it. I no longer have wrist issues and the matching keyboard is great.
TimZ –
Looks weird, but works good. Definitely helped with shoulder pain I was having. Very easy to se up. I found adapted to it immediately.
MDMiller –
Bought this to upgrade from a generic wired ergonomic mouse my daughter gave me to try. I liked the cheap one, and I love this one. It’s super comfortable to use and very convenient.
KenW –
Love the ergonomics of this mouse. Greatly reduces stress on the forearm and shoulder. The very high quality of the optical reader makes this an excellent choice for graphics such as Photoshop, Lightroom and Illustrator.
TimP –
Took only a few minutes to get used to the new orientation. Within a few days the low-level wrist pain I’ve had was gone.
DavidZ –
Very happy with this purchase. I was having issues with wrist fatigue using a standard optical mouse. I also have numbness as a result of neck issues so this really killed 2 birds with 1 stone. I have yet to dive into any of the more advanced features but it’s being used for typical work applications for 8+ hours a day with no issues. Very comfortable and took no time at all to get used to the vertical setup. It’s pricy but has been worth it for me.
JSTech –
The new vertical mouse is great. It relieves the twisting motion of mousing. I adapted to the new mouse almost immediately.
ValP –
I bought this after my Evoluent mouse started failing. This one felt a little odd at first due to the different contour but i quickly adjusted to the new feel. It’s working well so far.
Magdi –
It’s not as comfortable as advertised, it take a little time to get used to, sometimes when you have to click more than once to choose or highlight an item on the screen, the location of the back/forward button in not comfortable but you get used to it
JamesM –
Comfortable, has great build quality and is rechargeable. Got used to it after 3 days. Not sure if it’s really ergonomic in the long term but definitely looks cool and unique. That’s exactly why I got it. Worth the price.
Twodogs –
Excellent mouse works Really great works great as an erganamic has an internal battery that it’s rechargable phone runs a really long time on a single charge. Four months has been my record
NickolasR –
I really like this mouse. I’ve had it since March 2019 and about time to replace it since the buttons stopped responding. Unless I find a way to get it working, I will probably need to buy another. So it’ll last about 3 years with everyday use.
Hagoomaster –
Impossible to go back to a normal mouse. Feels more natural and effortless. Position of the charging port (when needed) is perfect since you can continue using it. Very durable — I just throw it in bags with other things and have never had an issue.
PhuN –
My wrist pain has improved exponentially but the rubber on this mouse has started wearing away where my fingers go and it looks very bad. I think I might have to look into purchasing a replacement soon.
BMurdock –
Was a gift for a relative. Ergonomics seem to be a big plus and feels like a quality build. Thank you!
ColinS –
Great mouse. Needed it cause i broke my hand and couldnt rotate my wrist… now i use it all the time.
CatK –
love, love, and simply adore this ergo mouse and now I don’t understand why I waited until my arm was in a cast to make the purchase. Takes some adjustment to get use to but it is perfect and easy to use. I will keep using it even when my cast has been removed.
Michelle –
My wrist stays aligned in a natural position. It’s so comfortable.
JosephM –
Hated this mouse , I work on computers all day and night this mouse made my hand hurt and thumb, scroll wheel was not fast at all, I switched back to MX 3s regular mouse
EricL –
I like how it feels in my hand and I have noticed a benefit from using it. I use it for work, so I don’t need to have super fast reaction time to do the web browser and office programs. I would have preferred batteries that are more easily changed out versus the lithium one, but that’s okay and just a minor inconvenience for me.
AntonK –
While the mouse itself delivers on its promise of precise performance, I experienced some issues with its ergonomic design that led to wrist pain.
In terms of precision, this model excels. Its tracking accuracy and responsiveness are impressive, allowing for smooth and precise cursor movements. Whether I was working on intricate design projects or navigating through spreadsheets, the mouse performed flawlessly.
However, the ergonomic design of the mouse did not work well for me. Despite its advertised ergonomic features, I found that extended use of the mouse resulted in discomfort and wrist pain. The shape and angle of the mouse did not provide the level of support and comfort that I had hoped for, and this ultimately affected my overall experience. IThe build quality and materials of the mouse are excellent. The buttons have a satisfying click, and the scroll wheel operates smoothly. The mouse feels sturdy and well-made, which is always a plus.
I understand that ergonomic preferences can vary greatly from person to person, and what may not work for me might work perfectly for others. Nevertheless, it is worth noting that I have used other ergonomic mice in the past without experiencing similar discomfort, and for me this one just did not work.

I recently purchased this product, and my satisfaction level is exceptionally high. This marks my second purchase of the same item, and I can confidently say it has become an essential part of my work routine.
Overall, I highly recommend this product, especially for individuals who, like me, spend significant amounts of time using a mouse. It’s a worthy investment that positively impacts both comfort and productivity. I look forward to continued satisfaction with this product and wouldn’t hesitate to make a third purchase if needed.

The Logitech MX Vertical mouse was a life saver for me. The muscles in my forearm were getting very sore and affecting my ability to use a mouse every day for work. I tried a compression sleeve around my elbow and forearm, but it never really helped much. I found this Logitech mouse and decided to try it, and I’m very glad I did. After several days of use, I could feel my forearm muscles starting to relax, the soreness was starting to reduce. After a week of use, most of the soreness was gone. Being a vertical mouse, it took a bit to get used to, but once I did, I couldn’t go back to a regular mouse. When using this mouse, your hand sits in a more natural position, allowing your forearm muscles to be used in a more relaxed state and not always twisted to one side like they are when using a regular mouse. While it’s a bit more expensive than other mice, the MX Vertical mouse is well worth the money. I have one for my work computer and my personal computer, and won’t go back to a regular mouse ever again.

Have used vertical mouses for years from logi. They work great and help for carpal tunnel

As someone who spends hours working on a computer every day, investing in the Logitech MX Vertical Advanced Wireless Ergonomic Mouse has been a game-changer for both my productivity and comfort.
The first thing that caught my eye was the sleek Graphite color and the unique vertical design. The MX Vertical isn’t just a mouse; it’s a statement piece on my desk. The ergonomic design is a breath of fresh air compared to traditional mice, promoting a more natural handshake position that significantly reduces wrist strain.
Setting up the mouse is a breeze, with both USB and Bluetooth connectivity options. I love the flexibility it offers, allowing me to switch between devices seamlessly. The precision tracking is spot-on, thanks to the high-resolution sensor, making every movement smooth and accurate.
One of the standout features is the customizable buttons. The placement of the buttons on the side is intuitive and easily accessible, and I’ve personalized them to streamline my workflow. The scroll wheel is responsive, and the option to switch between ratchet and free-spinning modes adds another layer of convenience.
The battery life is impressive. A single charge lasts for an extended period, and the quick-recharge capability ensures that I’m never without my mouse for too long. The battery indicator on the device is a thoughtful touch, keeping me informed about the remaining charge.
Using the Logitech Options software, I fine-tuned the mouse settings to my preferences, from cursor speed to button functions. The software also allows for firmware updates, ensuring the mouse stays up-to-date with the latest improvements.
While the Logitech MX Vertical comes at a higher price point, the ergonomic benefits and enhanced productivity it brings make it worth every penny. If you’re looking for a mouse that goes beyond the conventional, prioritizing both comfort and performance, the Logitech MX Vertical is an excellent choice. It has become an indispensable tool in my daily work routine, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-notch ergonomic mouse.
SarahA –
I love the smart features but I never had wrist problems with regular mouses and after using this one, my wrist hurts! I bought this as an investment since I work all day on the computer and didn’t want to develop wrist problems, but it seems this caused them for me.
DCM76 –
I think this mouse is great. Fits my hand perfectly and I have no pain or muscle tension after working with it all day. I recommend.
RhonaB –
using right now. it is perfect an I love it. i would buy and gift it to a friend
JoniW –
This thing saved me. I broke my right arm and have to keep my arm in a splint that keeps my hand in the handshake position. Without this vertical mouse, I couldn’t work on the computers.
user170204 –
Purchased as a gift. He likes it. 🙂
Quality is good, and it’s just what we wanted.
Leng –
I dont like how it feels on my shoulder. However, if you have a table where you can rest your entire forearm you should be fine, you should not feel some shoulde strain. I would use this to have a break from the conventional design.
customer –
Overall solid. The grip helps with the wrist discomfort when using the standard mouse for a long time.
JenniferM –
Absolutely love this mouse. Fits perfectly in your hand. Has a long life before needing to be charged
DispleasedWithMicrosoft –
Noticed wrist and elbow strain reduction within 30 minutes of using it, and got used to using it within that same time frame. I wouldn’t game with it, but for work, it’s perfect.
DavidL –
My wife has this “mouse” and I found it pleasant to use. However, when using my mouse, the cursor will randomly jump to the upper left of the monitor and then begin moving from there. I find that, after looking online, that this is a known problem that is without a solution.
GeorgeA –
The mouse very comfortable and easy to use once you get used to it.
FJB2024 –
Great ergonomic mouse. It will probably take a few days to get used to.
JamieJ –
Helped my carpal tunnel tunnel and wrist fatigue issues. Takes some getting used to.
Rick –
I like this vertical ergonomic mouse but it is the 3rd one I’ve purchased in last 5-6 years. Seems they last a couple years. The top button / left click seems to go out around then. The comfort of the ergonomic design has been worth it to me though.
JacobA –
I can’t recommend this mouse enough. Picture this, I’m a 25 with a desk job and I’m already having pain in the hand I use my mouse with… I knew instantly I needed an ergonomic mouse otherwise I’d be screwed. The comfort, ease and versatility of this mouse is worth the value! It takes a few days to get used to.. but again it’s worth it.
KennyV –
I absolutely love it. There was a small learning curve but after that its very comfortable and natural.
Nicole –
Best ans easiest mouse to use. Insanely comfortable
KathrynC –
Love it so much, easy to use and easing the pain in my wrists
Dudeman –
Bought this after seeing a post from a chiropractor friend making the recommendation to minimize wrist & elbow pain when using the computer. Wish I had known about this thing sooner. Absolute game changer!! Way more comfy to use than a traditional mouse.
Varma –
Perfectly designed for ergonomic support. No wrist pain.
AndrewS –
More comfortable than a regular mouse. Natural position. Good for larger hands.
Unknown –
I really liked how responsive this mouse is, unfortunately it caused me pain because 1/4 of my wrist is still pressed against the desk, and it does require wrist bending to move the cursor. It’s better than a traditional mouse, but not as good as the 3m ergonomic joystick mouse. Plus, the clicks were kind of loud.
Terry –
The Logitech Vertical Mouse has brought great relief, immediately, to my arm discomfort. I’m quickly adapting to the new grip. It doesn’t have Hero specs, but for all else, do yourself a favor if you are experiencing arm discomfort. I had some doubts but am very pleased.
If the price were less, it’d be five stars.

LG Logitech MX Mouse: Elite performance, customizable, gaming excellence in your grip.
George –
This mouse fits my hand exactly. I’ve noticed less fatigue in my wrist and forearm after using it. It takes a bit to get used to the grip, but definitely worth it.
