    I bought the m705 mouse because I had been using the m720 mouse which is identical except the m720 mouse had a 6th button on the side (gesture button) which I did not program but would select if I squeezed the mouse to hard. You could disable programming for this 6th button in m720 mouse but I used it with work computer so was unable to install mouse app and therefore could not disable button. So it would drive me crazy when it would be activated like 5 times an hour

    But this review is about the m705. Like I said it’s identical to m720 without the pesky gesture button

    Comfortable in hand, responsive, and about $10 cheaper than m720

    It’s also got fast scrolling button so you can scroll line by line or click the button and just spin the wheel and list or page just flies to the end fast. Not many mice do that function today

    I love this mouse. I’m currently using it at work right now. I wish I had gotten the Bluetooth one but at the time I bought it I was using it on a computer that didn’t have Bluetooth.

    The M705 is a really solid classic mouse. It has a great hand feel. The buttons are nice and it has left and right Tilt Wheel switches, which I use a lot. You can assign custom options to them and the side buttons, very useful. It uses 2 AA batteries but I like a lighter mouse myself and it runs just fine on a single battery.

    I replaced my current Logic Tech with the exact same Logic Tech Mouse. The adapter on the old mouse was defective.

    The scroll wheel moving many lines up and down is a neat feature, however it is just too sensitive. Regular movement of mouse would cause screen to skip up or down a few lines by itself. I really wanted to like this mouse because of its “vertical” shape as in other mice I have used, but the scroll was too much of a negative.

    I have always used a Logitech mouse and keyboard. I have never had a problem. I purchased this one for my wife as she has a smaller hand and all of mine were uncomfortable for her to use. This fit her hand and had more than enough features for what she does on the computer.

    Logitech is so affordable and dependable, you use it for a few years and then just go to BESTBUY and buy a new one. They have so many models and styles available, so just find the one you like and stick with it!

    The dongle is easily paired with a keyboard. Once paired, you can use them on other systems. The mouse could use a DPI adjustment button.
