Purchased this phone for my 90 year old mother-in-law. It was recommended to me as the best phone for a visually impaired senior citizens.
It was simple to set-up and after a little troubleshooting with Lively regarding “speak-to-dial” the phone has performed perfectly.
I would highly recommend this phone for anyone who doesn’t need all the fancy stuff on a smart phone.

I first bought the Jitterbug smartphone for my aunt (75) and I thought it was great. It was so easy to use and had a lot of programs on it, but she had trouble with it, so we returned it and got the Jitterbug flip phone instead. My dad (81) also has the Jitterbug flip phone for over a year now and both of them are pleased with the product. It is simple and easy to use. There is also a max volume setting for seniors with hearing issues. Neither of them text or take photos so I can’t comment on the camera. Overall, great basic flip phone.

This was the second Jitterbug phone bought after buying one the day before and exchanging it. On both phones we had to restart the phone repeatedly and then could make ONE CALL before having to restart it again. The customer service at Best Buy was great though and they very cheerfully returned our money.

Phone will not turn off. You can’t hang up a phone call. Half the time it won’t let you make a phone call. Some times the volume works sometimes it doesn’t and have only had the phone a week

this phone most of the time won’t allow you to make a call if you have voice mail or text messages, you have to clear them before you can call anyone. Its very hard for my 90 year old father to use. I hate we got this.
