Additionally, I called the Jitterbug Support line several times for assistance in setting up my phone – emails (established a new Gmail account), texting, etc. The reps were consistently patient, knowledgeable and we worked well together over the phone.     I bought this for my mom’s phone. It fits perfectly, with just enough give to be able to take off to clean the inside periodically without too much strain. I like that it’s clear, as this enables me to put information inside the case her phone as opposed to taping to the outside of the case.

    It does what a hard case is intended to do–protects this phone from damage due to dropping and/or general banging around. It snaps tightly into place, and fits smartly–hasn’t fallen off. I like that it’s clear plastic, so the phone color shows through. Expect this to get a lot of use.
