    Returned it the day it was delivered. The touchscreen was not responsive and made clicking sounds. Also not a fan of the smooth back of the case. Seemed like a cheap 3rd party Amazon product.

    This case is incredibly durable. I have broken numerous phones in the past and when I came across this case, man!! My phone is like brand new when I take it out for cleaning every 2 weeks. My case has been threw hell and it’s still doing it’s job. Especially when in my pocket at work. I do construction so it’s always getting hit and falling in rocks and mud. The fully covered design is unmatched. And with life time warranty. Doubt you’ll need to use it cause these are indestructible. 100% recommend.

    Ordered this case over the internet and received a used badly scratched phone case. The screen was scratched badly, the back of the case where the camera would be, had a sticky residue, finger prints all over the place, and where you would open the case is severely damaged.

    I like something that is relatively slim but still very protective against drops and bumps. I also like it when the case is simple to install and remove if I need to clean my device or want to change to something else (it’s like underwear for me).

    My job is very physical ive broken the back camera on other phones multiple times. This case does protect against stuff like that. It has been the best case for protection. Since day one my face id does not work in the case. It works just fine if i remove my phone from the case. The front camera in the case i noticed is cloudy. To take nice pictures i beed to remove it. Magsafe charging isnt very consistent in this product as well. If you need a case like this because you’re in constru or other physical labor iobs this is what you need.

    fits my phone tightly and the volume and power buttons are hard to press, otherwise very sleek and pretty case. the plastic screen protector is nice as it fits tight and doesn’t interfere with my texting our touch screen.

    I was extremely disappointed in this life proof case. I received the case in good time and when I opened the box I was shocked. The packaging was torn and this case was definitely used.life proof is not cheap. Currently requesting a refund. I will still shop and still love Best Buy but what happened !!?!?!

    Its a great case overall, the only downside is that the built in screen protector is plastic and will scratch up pretty easily and pretty quickly. Other than that its a great case it protects well.

    I am not sure what I expected for the price. It does the job ok but screen portion of the case is not as tough as I would have liked. The plug in the charger port regularly pulls out of piece that keeps it secured to the case. I have to put it back together often. I guess I should have stepped up and spent more money for a different brand.

    Took this product under water multiple times and never got water in it. I believe OtterBox purchased this brand so lifeproof is not longer a thing.

    Just awful, and here’s why:
    1) It broke almost immediately! The clear screen separated from the rest of the case in one of the corners when I was removing the case. This is supposed to be a WATERPROOF case! I can’t believe how easy it was to separate the clear plastic. There was almost no pressure on the corner when it gave out.
    2) Once installed, your expensive, high-tech, super sensitive touch screen becomes a crappy, barely responsive, $100 “touch” phone from the dark ages. You have to PUSH, not touch, your screen from here on out. Swipes don’t register well, and you’ll constantly be closing windows or opening apps or typing s#!+ that you don’t want to. It’s not just a little bad, a small inconvenience. It’s major. I felt my phone was unusable in some ways. Like, I often use the triple, three-fingered tap to zoom in on my screen. Pretty much impossible with this case.
    3) There is a significant amount of air space between the clear screen protector and the screen itself, so it makes a very annoying tap and stick sound each time you touch it. This is also the cause of #2.

    Second time I bought this case had the last one about a year and a half. These cases can really take a beating and yes absolutely water proof just be careful not to lose the blue o ring and the charger port cover other than that excellent product will buy again when I need a new one.
