This was an upgrade from a 27” 1080p 60hz refresh rate. What a huge difference. If you’re a gamer and want that higher refresh rate this 32” beauty at 2k resolution with a 165 hz refresh rate is amazing. Great mid tier choice for any gamer, especially if you play FPS games.

I picked up this monitor on sale a few weeks ago. While gaming i notoced what appeared to be a dead pixel near the bottom center of the screen. I turn it off and turned it back on and it went away, but now i have a large faded spot, it looks like really bad light bleed. I tried to exchange for a new one, but the best buy store would not let me because they coundnt see thebissue in store. Well i see the issue, everyday. Now my exchange period is up and im stuck with it. For 400 bucks, i expected better.

The attached picture is a black desktop background in a pitch black room. The picture was good, fast, it’s big, adjustable, but the one I received had incredible IPS glow fingers than stuck out like sore thumbs on dark images. The one on display at the store didn’t have as sever IPS glow but still some. Not as bad as mine tho, I lost the lottery. I returned it and got the alienware OLED and am much happier with the contrast between oled and IPS.

This monitor is very good for what you pay for. I use this monitor as my secondary monitor for my racing sim, and it is perfect, clear and colors are beautiful. Might consider just buying another one to replace my primary monitor.

Very pleased with this monitor. I’ve got it set a the 2k mode an 165hz. It looks great. LG did a smat thing with the on/off/menu toggle stick by putting it in the center of the monitor at the very bottom. It cannot be seen but it is easily available for use. Othe rmanufacturers put the same type toggle stick on the back of the monitr making it more difficult to access. I like this monitor so much I bought a second one to have an identical dual monitor setup.
