I purchased all LG appliances for my new home and now have to redo my kitchen cabinets because they only have range hoods that fit 9.5′ ceilings. Seems ridiculous to me that all of their competitors offer extensions and LG can only sell to customers with 9.5′ ceilings. That eliminates their wealthiest demographic. Very upset and dissatisfied.

Purchased unit, packaging was in perfect shape, but once opened the sheet metal was dented. Unit looked great, but wasn’t able to get a replacement in time, so had to buy a different product. Also note that this unit flows 600 CFM, standard building codes only allow 400 CFM before a makeup air system is necessary which is expensive.

This a top of the line Range Hood. Good extraction just like advertised. Was easy to install and love how it works. The app was easy to install and use.
