    Absolutely do not buy this. The lint trap doesn’t catch anything so the vent gets clogged frequently. Takes 2 cycles to get even a small load completely dry. Not to mention absolutely terrible customer service on Best Buy’s end and it took 4 different deliveries for us to even get the order right. We will probably be retiring these.

    as a washing machine, the dryer quality is worst too after couple months of usingr when it starts working machine makes weird sound during rotation. Best Buy changed everything and fixed this during 1,5 month

    Great dryer with lots of drying options and features. I like there is a dryness sensor which adjusts the drying time on certain drying cycles plus manual timed dry with variable heat settings.

    I bought this particular appliance from the outlet and saved a significant amount of money in doing so. It only had a couple of visible dents but runs perfectly. No problems at all and I’ve been using it constantly for 2 months. Only complaint I have is in energy saving mode, when close to full capacity, it will leave clothes slightly damp. If using modes manually this is not an issue.

    This dryer has been a lifesaver. Should have upgraded a long time ago! Our old dryer was taking 3 hours to dry one load of clothes. Now it’s about 45 mins with this machine.

    I have purchased frontload washer and gas dryer in 2007 and had to replace it 2022. I’m disappointed that the price on each appliance has dropped $250 in 2023. I guess things aren’t selling so supply and demand is in effect. That being said, I love the appliances themselves!
