We have had this oven for almost a month now and it has been great! The app works well with it too so it helps with preheating from another part of the house. Our one concern when installed was it didn’t fit flush against the wall due to the cord and the back of the oven didn’t have a lot of room to put the excess cord in. After looking at the back, you can take the panel off to create more space, which looks like it was designed just for that purpose so great work there! Overall, very satisfied so far!

Lots of issues. Have had a little over a year, and top stove stopped working. Burns like a crayon. Now year and half in the unit won’t unlock, so have to get a repairman. Control buttons move to easily and are a danger so you always have to lock after use to stop knobs from working. WiFi doesn’t work well and doesn’t work locked which defeats purpose. Also, oven doesn’t cook evenly.

Well I’ve changed the range two times, the first time was because a side panel was loose and it was impossible to put it on, the second one because one of the burners stop working. Now I’m with my third range and id working great, but it is missing one part from the back and Best buy didn’t put the 5 year that I already bought, and nobody can solve the problem so I have to go to the store something that it has been difficult to me due to getting late from work

We have been using the range for over two two weeks now and I love it! I was concerned about having knobs in the front with small grandchildren but the lock out feature locks the oven doors as well as the controls!

Really love the features on this range/double oven. Still getting used to the different baking times compared to my last oven, but that is to be expected. My only concern is that a slight bump of the control knobs will often turn on the burners. Wish they were a little more firm in the “off” position.

Product is good in general. Have to make sure we use compatible set of utensils. Also, cleaning cooktop is a challenge and is required after each cooking session. It’s smart feature is not truly smart if you are expecting the heat to be controlled in app. App only tells you whether burner is on or not, nothing more than that.

The oven is great but I’m having a hard time understanding why the nobs in the front are damaged from what splashes out when cooking. I cannot remove the stains made by the oil which I cleaned right after I finished cooking. Also the top is very very hard to clean. Anything that falls while cooking cannot be immediately cleaned and after then it sticks and it’s a long process to clean. I’ve had it for 1 month and don’t really cook much but when I do this is very stressful and the stove doesn’t look new already. It has damage in the top from cooking. So is cooking not what this is for? Just confused.

Oven looks nice and has several good features but unlike its advertisements it does not work with Google Assistant, the app does not let you set up remote access unless you first open the oven door you want to use. The timer only shows on the bottom screen and there is no audio alert when it finishes. As an oven it seems great but dont spend your money if your looking for “smart”

So far I really like my new range. I selected it because I prefer smooth top over gas and I wanted a double oven but my kitchen layout doesn’t allow space for a double oven, this is a great alternative. I really haven’t experienced any issues with its operation so far. I read many reviews before purchasing and noticed that the biggest complaint was cleaning the glass top. I used to use Weiman’s basic glass top cleaner then I read the review of another consumer who recommended Weiman Cooktop Max, I absolutely love it! A glass safe scouring pad comes in the container which is magical and makes cleaning easier. Very few stores in my area carry it; however, I was able to find it on Amazon. I also like the low profile look against my backsplash, which allows better display of my backsplash design behind the stove. I like the large cooking eyes as well.
CONS: I wish that the glass top contained individual indicators to show which eye is hot. I also wish that the top rack in the oven had a lip all the way across the rack towards the back of the rack to prevent your pans from falling off the rack…..this is a problem. Be careful, the knobs are very sensitive and turn on if you bump them.

I needed an additional oven and this seems to work okay. I do have to say that I am disappointed in the space in each oven.I do not like this kind of cooktop but the cost of installing a gas line was prohibitive.

I am a big fan of LG appliances and this double oven convection range is no exception! I changed out a gas cooktop and electric oven for this stove and have no regrets. I really like the fact that it has a double oven. Great for those big family holiday meals.

I love how it looks and the two ovens as I can use the top oven to cook small meals, but the burners don’t heat very well. I have to have them on high even to cook an egg with precooked sausages and it takes me about 10 minutes, in comparison with my Kenmore Elite that was a beast to heat up my food (I loved how fast it heated up).

I love the looks of my new electric slide in range. The top glass is a bit more of a cleaning challenge than my previous glass top but I am acclimating to the difference. What I really love is the blue interior of the ovens….it’s not only pretty but almost like non stick surface. It is so easy to clean even overspill from sticky substances plus my upper over this time is as wide as my lower one which means I can fit a large size cookie sheet in both making cookie baking much easier! I had a double oven slide in range before and love the convenience of the quick pre heat of the smaller oven especially when there are generally only two of us but when it comes to larger dinners I can use both ovens at different temps….perfect!

Very nice oven with a great double over setup and more features than anyone will often use. Just note with all those features it’s a bit more complicated than the traditional oven. So if you’re like me and have an 80 year old mother your purchasing it for they may need quite a few training sessions just to use the basic settings, not because they are difficult to understand but they aren’t setup like the old traditional single knob setups of the older appliances.

Died on me after 11 months of use. Also the silicone edges were tearing on the cooktop. The app features are nice that you can see what is on but would make more sense to be able to shut off from the app if left on.

I love the glass top an it’s coated . It’s easy to clean compared to my other stove top. Inside the stove it blue and pretty. The top stove rack pulls out to help you from spilling in your stove. Im very impressed with my stove.

Love the double oven! Heats up really fast! Biggest complaint is that the knobs are easily accessible to small children and easily turn on when I’m reaching above the stove. I don’t think LG thought about the hazards with the knobs in the front.

Don’t buy LG ovens. I had always bought Whirlpool and had appliances that lasted up to 12 yrs but decided to give LG a try and I am very disappointed. After 2 years and 2 months the bottom oven has completely given out. Needless to say this one is headed for the landfill as soon as the new Whirlpool unit arrives…

Not a fan of this oven. Mostly because the glass cook-top gets marred by cook wear and I have yet to find a cleaner that will remove it. Also the depth is about 1.5-2″ longer (the back bump) makes it hard to slide into existing granite counters and there is no good way to close the side gaps. My old range had an extended glass top that covered the gaps. Also the convection cooking function sets the temp 25 degrees cooler that the set temp

Loved it at first. Have had it for 13 months, the bottom front started rusting around month 10 and the front left burner only stays on high. I called LG and they told me the rust was my fault and I could clean it with baking soda. And to unplug it for a minute and the burner would work again. It did for a day. I am not pulling out my stove to unplug it daily for a functioning burner! That’s ridiculous. Of course I’m one month out of warranty so nothing else they can do. Absolutely disappointed in this purchase. It should NOT be rusting nor should it be malfunctioning especially given its age.
