    I have been very happy with this washer. The door opens down AND to the side. It’s nice to pull it down to load and to the side to empty it. The smart feature is useful and I like getting the notification on my phone that the cycle is complete. It also dries very well.

    So far so good. We bought it to replace one that refused to tumble. It was with us maybe 6 years only. Hope this one does better. I could give my new dryer 5 stars–but ask me after the sixth year.

    Before I had the Gas version and that dryer was great never had any issues so I bought this one for my new house. This one does not dry nearly as well as my old one. you have to always select more dry or use timer or things come out damp. Had a repair guy come out and he told me its just the way it works.

    The capacity on this dryer is fantastic. It dries nicely, and offers some ability to monitor status from an app which is nice. The problem with the sensor dry is it works for about 6 months, then by whichever cause, it stops sensing properly. The internet is full of explanations and remedies, but none works besides replacing the sensor. Great dryer otherwise. The door can open either from the top or the side which is a great feature.

    This has dryer has a particular problem with the motherboard and/or thermistor breaking after 1 to 2 yrs. Save yourself some time and find another dryer

    Nice sized drum. Holds a large load nicely. My only complaint is that the wrinkle guard setting doesn’t tumble the clothes continuously like my Samsung did.

    I really like this dryer. It dries my clothes, thereby rendering them un-wet. It has a cool keypad like a spaceship. It feels like I am in Starfleet Academy or on the Enterprise and this is how I have to dry my clothes. Of course, the Enterprise would probably have some really fancy clothes-drying machine. But still, this is like a spaceship.

    We’ve had this dryer for over 2y and can’t stand it. It’s noisy. The filter sensor regularly stops it from running even though the drum is only half full and there is no lint clogging the filter or any part of the exhaust.
