    The dryer seems fine, but installation by Best Buy’s Geek Squad was COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT! Instead of properly clamping the air vent to the back of the dryer, the installers taped it to the dryer, and the air vent quickly detached from the dryer, venting hot humid air and lint into my house. I had to wait 6 days for another appointment with Geek Squad to have the dryer installed properly. The 2nd installers properly clamped the air vent to the dryer but, in the process, crushed the air vent hose so that I wound up with a blockage in the hose and once again couldn’t use the dryer. This is completely inexcusable, and I will never again use Best Buy for appliance installation or repair.

    Purchase this dryer after my last one broke down after 20 years. I can honestly say this dryer holds up to it’s standers, It holds big loads and big comforters. I love the display setting. My clothes comes out dry and wrinkle free within just minutes depending on what your load is. I like how I can extend the the time to over an hour as well. I high recommend to everyone.

    Great dryer if only it would ignore my lint issues. I have pets so I can tend to gather their fur on all my clothing. This dryer work great however it’s sensor is very sensitive and it stops my drying time to remove lint. Again great dryer just not great for people with husky breeds.

    I’m not sure which is worse, the fact that the dryer stopped drying after 29 days or the fact that Best Buy won’t do anything. I have to deal with the manufacturer. This is why i will never buy from them again.

    Our previous dryer was 25 years old and it was still working great when I sold it for $50. This one works well and is quiet and is gas so I hope it is less costly to run. So far works well and pretty easy to use. Got it for a reduced price as it was dented on the side – it was a great deal and works well.

    Seems to be working well, if you want to have your clothes dry faster and more thoroughly, turn off energy saver. Also there isn’t a light inside, if that is a deal breaker for you. I got this on sale, so was a good deal for me.

    I’ve only had electric dryers before, but my new house had a hookup for a gas dryer, so I decided to give it a try. So far, it’s been working very well! Since I didn’t have time to do much research, I bought the model that my son recommended (he and his wife purchased one last year). I ordered it before I moved from Colorado, and am VERY impressed with the service from Best Buy! I received several appointment reminders, plus a call 1/2 hour ahead of the arrival of the technician. So far, it is working really well, and I think that the musical reminder when the cycle is done is SO much better than a loud buzzing noise!

    Bought this as part of a matching set. While I really love the washer for the most part, the dryer is a little – meh- I find that I have to repeatedly add more time for the clothes to get completely dry. If left in the dryer too long after just one session, you get the dreaded gross musty smell and have to start the washing process over again.

    Overall, just ok.

    This is an excellent dryer that handles large loads and monitors the drying cycle to alert you when the clothes are dry. This saves on energy and keeps the clothes from over drying and ruining the fabric. It also is excellent on the noise level, a large improvement on previous machines owned.
