    Had the dryer two weeks. It is already squeaking after it gets hot. A high pitched rubbing type of squeak. Makes me wonder about durability.
    Huge capacity.
    Best feature is being able to change which side the door hinges are on. Had to change ours from right side to left. Easy enough to do, but should have two people to do it. One to hold door other to screw the hinges in or out. Easy to use controls. Lots of options. Low temp works very well. Doesn’t shrink clothes like our old dryer did. Use time dry for Sportswear cycle if you are drying two or three polyester wicking type sports items. (Tee shirt, compression shorts & shorts.) The dampness sensor will stop the machine after only a few minutes and the clothes will sit there damp. Lint screen seems very durable & easy to clean.
    Chime to signal end of cycle isn’t loud enough. Gas jet is pretty loud. Old dryer it was silent, but this is very noticeable when it is firing. Doesn’t really get out the wrinkles in cotton clothes put in by the matching washer. It’s a good dryer, but not great.

    Dryer is so quiet. I don’t have to close the door on the laundry room now. They need to improve the music at the end of the cycle. It should be loud enough to be heard across the room. Since the dryer is quiet, I can no longer tell if it’s done or not. Also the selections they have do not completely do the job. Like if I select the towel setting, I still need to run the dryer about 10 minutes more after the cycle because the towels are still a bit wet to the touch. Overall the dryer is a good one.

    So far, we have no regrets about buying this dryer. It is very large(so we don’t have to do as many loads), it is very quiet with hardly any vibration and it has many options to choose from.

    We bought this machine based on reviews available at Consumer Reports, and this ended up being a very good decision. The machine is solidly constructed with all metal parts, and it appears to work very reliably. We’ve tried all of the different cycles and options available–most of which we probably will not use, but they are nice to have. We’re very happy with the purchase and hope this one will last a good long time in our house.

    Great dryer for an active family with kids. Very good size for doing larger loads, while still fitting into a smaller laundry room. The unit is easy to use and the dryer programs/options make sense. Comforters will fit, as well dog beds.

    We were upgrading a 15+year old dryer when we needed to replace our washer. Keeping it as a set this was the dryer. I have been so thoroughly impressed with the dryer. At first it was a big change with so many more settings, but turns out it is far more user friendly with the wide range of options. Very easy to use, performs great. I love the huge tub which dries a bedspread very easily. The design is wonderful and laundry seems far less like a chore now.

    We have only had the unit a couple weeks. Working nicely! The problem we had was with the service to get us the products! Nicely put….it was not smooth at all. At least 4 hours on the phone after the 2 hours it took to get it into the computer when we bought it! Best Buy needs to improve on this dramatically!

    My wife and I bought this unit to replace our front load washer which we were very unhappy with. This unit will meet all of our needs into the future and we have been very happy with the results. The large drum will let my wife wash all of her comforters and bedding without a problem.

    Love my new dryer! It dries in less time and the clothes are always perfect it seems. I frequently used to have to add time to my old dryer, not anymore. I havent used the steam sanitary cycle yet. The chimey ring when the cycle ends is cute but may bug if you’re doing laundry late at night. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase

    This is a fabulous dryer … Dries my clothes in record time! I did have a venting issue initially that caused a malfunction three days after installation, but since that was repaired the dryer has worked perfectly!!!

    This dryer an accommodate all the clothes the washer cleans. It also takes half the time of my old dryer. I like the music it plays when it’s done, but you can turn that off if you don’t like it. Great dryer.

    I bought the LG steam washer and dryer and my only beef is the fact that the dryer doesn’t allow for the installation of a water line for the steam function. You have to fill a reservoir from time to time. Other than that, love it.

    never received instruction booklet. Only have used the dryer not the steam function. Delivery person never provided instruction booklet so not sure how to use that function.

    Clothes have dried faster and the steam clean feature is very helpful. We chose this model because you can fill a container with water for steam and do not need to attach a water line – all works great!
