As soon as you look at it, you fall in love, then you open it and the oven is just gorgeous blue that delights your eyes the burners have an amazing feature, onu fits 2 aize pots in one , and the ither one has 3 size burners in one , so yiu can cook 4 same size omeles at the same time and the whole family can eat together , its just amazing !!!!!

Where do I begin? Glass top is impossible to keep clean because of tiny ridges. If steam from a back burner gets into the controls the digital controls completely stop working. Can’t turn oven on or program anything. Oven cooks very unevenly. We keep it spotlessly clean. This stove is a big LEMON.

Only had top coil in the oven as most modern stoves, so not ideal for baking, often the bottom is soggy and top is burned unless you cover with foil. In a year the heat sensor broke, so now the set oven temperature is different from the actual temperature. Kind of disappointing it only lasted a year.

Sorry have noy yet used the WI-FI features yet.
Maybe a small bit slow on the pre heat but once up to temp it holds it great.
Air fryer works great, makes crispy french fryes!

So far the stove is fine but the best buy customer service is absolutely horrible. I just purchased three large appliances and a 50″ tv. When the tech’s came to deliver the stove they said i did not purchase a power cord or the installation so they left. I called and they came back again and they said the same thing. I checked my receipt and i did, in fact, pay for a cord and installation/delivery. The delivery person called best buy to verify this and they gave me the phone to talk with the best buy support person. The best buy support person was so rude and condescending and she still said i did not purchase a power cord even though i did. Similar thing happened with the refrigerator. I wouldnever purchase from best buy again. Horrible support.

I updated all my kitchen appliances with the LG bundle and couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The stove has many options, some I haven’t used yet. The color inside the oven is a beautiful indigo blue and so far it works great. The only to thing I might would have changed is the burner locations. It has two large burners in front and three small burners ( one is a warmer) in the back. When using the front two with pots or pans with handles sometimes they don’t fit . I would have preferred one large in the back and also in the front

I read through a ton of reviews online. I finally decided on this LG. My old Samsung couldn’t even cook a decent pizza. This LG is amazing! Thanksgiving was perfect, turkey, side dishes and dinner rolls were delicious. Just made a pizza, again i thanked my lucky stars i chose this LG. The stove top cleans very easily as long as it’s cleaned after each use. Highly recommend this LG!

The main reason i bought this was the air fryer & it seems is only as an oven. Most importantly BestBuy quality on customer service seems to be evaporating in my opinion. I bought this oven with a 150 gift card was suppose to be a for 850 with the gift card. The reps say that they see the gift card but I have not seen it as of yet. Two of their representative purposely hung up after I did not buy there explanation of why I did not get my gift card.

Definitely would not recommend this oven
The stove top stands very easily, and it is impossible to remove the burnt stains, even with scrubbing tools for ceramic stove top I called Best Buy, tech-support geek squad for servicing and that was a joke. They refused to look at it, stating LG would need to look at it. I would advise you do not buy an extended warranty on the stove. It is a waste of your money as they will not help you with it.

Oven works exactly as expected, heats up quickly, looks stylish and meets all of my expectations! My only complaint is the cook top is very hard to clean, no matter how many times, we clean it, it’s still got streaks.
The burners work quickly and the oven heats up so fast. I haven’t tried all of the features yet. But, I am very happy with the oven.
