I received this stove on May 2021. After a year one burner stoped working. On November 2023 another burner stopped working but this time it would get super hot that everything would burn. My pan even caught fire.

The warming section at the bottom seems flimsy and low capacity. The cooktop is a bit complex, to learn its capabilities will be a longer learning curve than seems reasonable. I still believe that keep it simple is the best route to improvement.

Disapointed on the glass top. I used the correct protector and we clean it with the correct glass oven cleaner. Scratched easily and we have not had it for even 30 days. The airfryer is not as good as a stand alone and boiling a big pot of water can take a while.

Good replacement for same model that failed after 8 years. The knobs are a step down from the flat touch glass screen. timer needs to be set in increments of 5 rather than digitally punched in. Top glass great for keeping spills out of burners.

I love how much bigger the oven is compared to my last one. It’s easily to fit a whole turkey in the oven (without rubbing the top).
Easy clean up. It’ll even prompts you to clean the oven (once the app is installed).
The app is easy set up and, a new feature for me, it has wifi capabilities. It does work! I was nervous to use it when I had to leave 30min away, but still cook supper somehow. It’s a learning curve and a trust breather. Just remember if it’s already cooking, you turn it off and you won’t be home for a bit…the oven is still hot/additionally cooking it (if no one is home to take the item out….my bad family…learning curve 🙂 ).
If I’d make any changes to it: the screen is kinda dark, it needs to be brighter. I turn my overhead microwave under light on to see it better.

This is the most frustrating oven I have ever owned. The burners adjust themselves constantly, making stir frying impossible. The oven’s convection and regular settings burn gingerbread on the edges, yet leaves the centers soupy. I plan to buy an old fashioned oven thermometer, but think even that won’t help, because I imagine the oven also adjusts itself constantly, making any recommended cooking time impossible to follow.
I did not purchase this oven myself; it came as part of a new townhouse we bought.
In addition, the manufacturer states you can not use this stove for home canning. Apparently it can overheat/melt its own controls. I am wondering if long term cooking of any kind (think Thanksgiving) would do this type of damage.

Stay away from this stove worst appliance I have ever bought in my life if you like to saute the first time you take your pan and shake it on the stove it is going to scratch up the glass there is no way of getting that scratch out unless they replace it it is garbage do not waste your money
