This was delivered in November 2021, love the induction, already had induction cookware. What I dislike about this model is the oven racks a difficult to pull out, scratch up the blue interior so the inside looks damaged. Go with the oven with the glide out rack, that stove was unavailable when I purchased this model.

  2. KIdsParadise

Couldn’t be happier, m6 daughter loves, loves, LOVES it

  3. Cuppa5

Induction rocks! So easy to adjust power from massive to next-to-nothing. Boils water faster than kettle. No formaldehyde from burning gas or risk of injuring hands on hot stove. Oven also works well.

  4. Seilang

This range is unbelievably beautiful, is incredible, perfect and please LG don’t change anything, it is wonderful. And I have never owned anything before that I wanted to review.
You need pots that are stainless not aluminium but you do not have to buy an expensive new set to work on this – use a large pot on the big ring and match the smaller rings with smaller pots. The convection oven heats up quickly and the temperature is accurate.
I even love the music it uses to tell you food is ready.

LG- 6.3 Cu. Ft. Slide-IN Electric Induction True Convection Range. I absolutely love it, Love all the Safety fixtures.
Proud to have this range in my home.

  6. MICHELLE

GREAT INDUCTION STOVE TOP CONVECTION OVEN
I REALLY LOVE THE “LOCK” FEATURE WHEN THE GRANDKIDS COME OVER.
THE INDUCTION COOKTOP HEATS UP VERY QUICKLY AND COOLS DOWN VERY FAST.
THE OVEN IS REALLY BIG AND COOKS VERY FAST WITH THE CONVECTION FEATURE.
HAVING THE CONTROLS IN THE FRONT ARE MUCH EASIER TO REACH.

  7. Love

The induction feature is the cats meow. And how fast it cools down. Take my money

  8. late

outstanding stove, the build quality and performance are above standard. Love the induction cook top.

  9. Greg

Very good range. It would be nice if WiFi would allow to operate it remotely.

  10. Surendra

top does not clean properly after month or so use, you have to wipe it off immediately or it sticks.

  11. JamaicanDave

Better than I expected. I can take cold soup out of the refrigerator put it into a pan put it on high walk away to go freshen up in the bathroom and come back in it’s boiling. Easy to allow leftovers to be warmed up quickly and efficiently without having to use the microwave. All I can think is wow technology. Much easier to clean because the surfaces don’t get us hot And nothing has an opportunity to bake in to the surface. Looking forward to owning this for the next 10 to 15 years.

  12. LuvitTOO

    Pretty dang good!
I can see why people are confused about the timer, setting & using it, but I never had a problem with it. If yiu can use your cable box, or set the clock on your car,, you shouldn’t have a problem. Stovetop great, oven I’ve only used about 10 times,, the broil function is FAST, have to open door because can’t see in that high, & door must be closed with the broil on,,,

  13. denise

Best oven/stove I’ve ever owned! As a baker, the oven is so accurate and I’m loving the induction cooktop!

  14. Sreview

Difficult to clean. The finish gets splotchy and won’t get clean no matter how much I clean it. The knobs are a pain to take off every time you want to clean the top. The glass top has a texture that also makes using glass cooktop cleaners diffract yo remove. There is also a rubber ring around the glass that gets gummy with cleaner. The induction cooking is great and water boils so fast!

  15. Jayl

top burners heat really fast, as advertised for induction range. Oven heats up relatively fast also.

  16. HappyinHallandale

Really happy with this purchase. Just sorry I waited so long.

  17. VinnyG

The oven is true and, and heats fast. The induction cooktop works beautifully. Love it.

  18. ChristopherM

We are very pleased with our LG range. The induction heating is very fast and efficient. The controls are easy to use and very accessible.

  19. CraigQ

    Great design
    Top quality construction
    Easy to clean stainless

  20. KPOW

So far I love it! The oven (blue/purple) is gorgeous. It pre-heats quickly and bakes perfectly. The induction stove top takes a little getting used to but I like it.

  21. unhappycook

Even though I read a lot about this stove I was not warned about the loud fan noise during cooking. This stove is noisy. If you have an open kitchen as we do, it is more than irritating. I would not buy this stove again. The fan runs almost constantly. I miss my old stove.

  22. LeslieM

Easy purchase on a Saturday, in store. Delivered and installed the following Tuesday. Cooked with it Thursday and Friday. It boiled water as fast as a gas grill!!! I loved it!!!
Then, it was dead on day three: Saturday. IT LASTED TWO DAYS!!! What is wrong with manufacturers????
Surface units completely dead. Oven would heat up and turn off. It is also NOT a ‘true 30″‘ as stated and the installers had to cut our countertops for it to fit! HUGE MESS!

  23. SamD

The one star is not for the product per se, but it’s for the process of installation, or, rather, the lack of the process of installation. It’s not rocket science, but for your Best Buy warranty to be valid, it must be installed by Best Buy, or their licensed installers. The installer that they sent was a third-party. There’s all sorts of language in the literature and on the appliance about an anti-tip bracket, and the installer, when asked directly about it, stated (falsely) that it didn’t have one. They also, when directly asked, said there was no bracket to bridge the gap between the wall, and the back of the unit. (subsequent repair, crew personnel, and the instruction manual says otherwise) The original installer didn’t level the unit. All of these things need to happen for it to be properly installed, and therefore be covered by the extended warranty I purchased from Best Buy. I’m on my fourth appointment now, and have spent aggregate of about four hours on hold or in conversation with various Best Buy people, and have told them the same thing over and over again. The company has a serious problem communicating With their third-party installers, and with their repair crews. All of the subsequent Best Buy and geek squad employees sent on the second and third appointments were very pleasant, and understood the situation, but didn’t have the parts, even though the company has been made aware. People I speak with on the phone also, can you tell me if the parts are in. To say that I am unimpressed is a bit of an understatement. I am hopeful that they do some things here is to fix this or I’m just going to return the entire unit, even though the unit is quite serviceable. sigh.

As for the unit, the oven works pretty well. It’s not quite as hot as our gas stove was, but the convection gets up to 550°, and cooks things fairly evenly. It also had an additional third rack, one more than our old gas stove.
We wanted dials fairly badly. This unit has them, but they are not analog: they are stepped, so you have 9 steps per burner.
The unit has four burners. If your pan is too small, especially on the front two burners, the burners won’t work. This freaked me out a little bit at first. So now one has to do a bit of pan management to cook on all burners.
There is also a “warming zone“ at the right rear of the cooktop. As far as I can tell it’s a low level resistance coil heater stuck in the corner of the cooktop. It is so subtle so as to be almost useless. Actually, it is kind of useless. But it’s nice to have extra space on the cooktop to move stuff around on. Basically a glorified four burner stove. The door at the bottom is a little bit smaller than our last one, but it fits our cast-iron griddle (which actually bridge is fairly well on the two burners on the left side of the stove), and all of her sheet pans and cookie sheets fairly well.
If you’re using an induction plate adapter, like we are for our aluminum moka pots, it takes a bit longer to make your coffee. Heating water or other things in either a cast-iron or properly alloyed cookware is actually faster. There’s a learning curve on how fast things Cook, and what your settings need to be.
Also, your pan handles don’t get hot, even if you have boiling water in your tea kettle. That’s nice. Also, the cooktop itself doesn’t get terribly hot, and it’s ridiculously easy to clean, unless you are freaked out about any little smudge or fingerprint. Then it’s just like cleaning windows. You can get them mostly clean, but not entirely.
The only other comment I have on this unit is that the kitchen timer alarm, and the notification when the oven has come to temperature are really annoying songs. They’re supposed to be cheerful, but they are incredibly grating. They are not changeable.

  24. PhilipG

Best purchase ever! My cheesecakes came out perfectly for Thanksgiving & 3 trays of cookies baked together & every cookie was perfect! I love the induction cooktop too. It’s so responsive. Nothing burns & the cooktop is so easy to clean!

  25. ChefM

We’ve wanted an induction range for a long time and this beauty does not disappoint. It’s been a nice upgrade from our previous, ‘builder grade’ glass top electric slide in range. The induction/convection combo plus the amazing sale price made this a no-brainer. We’ve only had it about a month but have been using it about 4 times/week and so far it’s great. Burner output control rivals gas, and convection oven turns out perfectly cooked food every time. Plays a cute song when preheated. Haven’t had to clean it yet other than a quick wipe so can’t speak to that. The only, somewhat trivial, complaint is having to turn a knob to select oven functions rather than selecting buttons on the front display panel. But it’s a minor inconvenience that doesn’t affect function. We did a lot of research and compared many ranges, and so far we are very happy with this purchase.

  26. CarolR

Love how fast the stove top heats up and that it’s instantly cool after pots and pans are removed from burners. Oven is big!

  27. JuliaP

I’ve just had it a month so it’s hard to really know. But so far I love it. Responsive and precise. You can turn a burner up or down and it takes no time to respond to you. I love not using gas and my last electric stove wouldn’t die but I hated it. Oven is big. I like the dial placements. I haven’t yet figured out if I can remove the dials to clean. We’ll see.

  28. LornaR

I am genuinely torn about this range. On the one hand, the cooktop is genuinely great. Water boils quickly, and pans heat fast and evenly There’s a good number of contact points to use simultaneously as well. A+ there.

The oven works, though it doesn’t blow our socks off. No problems there.

The downside is the RUST. I’ve owned many stainless steel products over the years – not just appliances but sinks, trash cans, shower trims and more – and this range is *by far* the most rust-prone of any of them. We’ve been using it for less than six months and the area around the dials is practically covered with extremely-tough-to-remove rust spots. It doesn’t even get especially wet, beyond occasional splashes during cooking or boiling water (which we quickly wipe up). This is with regular cleaning using stainless steel wipes, too.

We paid a lot for this range, and as good as the cooktop is, we probably wouldn’t purchase it again because of the rust. It’s a shame.

  29. RobertN

Works quickly & with good heat control – induction heating elements very sensitive to pan size & shape – visual aids on cooktop are at best hard to interpret. Oven works well although fan noise takes getting used to

So far the stove is good but there is something wrong with it. I called total tech and they said they’d be here is a little over week to check it. The problem is that one of the burners is acting up. It only turned on when I place it to the “3” setting. I’ve confirmed I have the proper pan size and make.
Another strange thing is the burner on the opposite side seems to hear up really slowly. The burner on “”3 heats up extremely fast, than the one on the opposite side heats up really slow. It doesn’t make sense.
I texted and called LG customer service but it is THE WORST!!! I’m so glad I purchased total tech right now! I’ll try and update my review after total tech takes a look. *Crossing my fingers* that they can resolve the issue because I do like the stove otherwise.

  31. Sevin

First time using an induction range and this one is a winner in my opinion.

  32. JenniferW

Two of the burners stopped working on range after only two months. Called repair person from LG out, they can’t fix it. They are refunding my money, but I’ve had no range for 3 weeks.

  33. Cactijoe

Excellent response from the burners and nice even heat from the oven

  34. JGalt

Many thanks to Chris R for his expertise in getting this purchase complete and installed in a timely manner. Highly recommend this induction range to anyone wanting quality and performance in their cooking and baking.

  35. JoeS

Love this stove. I was used to gas, but in our new neighborhood their was no gas. Bought this induction stove and couldn’t be happier. The burners work as advertised and they are a revelation. The convection oven is wonderful. Haven’t used the Wi-Fi but honestly didn’t really care about that. Oh also had spill in the oven with some almond cream and had to wait until everything finished cooking before I could clean it. To my surprise it wiped up so easily you’d never know there was a spill.

  36. Revdeb

Great stove for use in the kitchen,..good design, easy to use controls, Eliminates the combustion products that come from gas stoves. We have noticed less chest congestion since using the induction stove.

  37. RoyC

it works good so far, haven’t had it long enough yet to give a review. so far its good

  38. CharlesS

This is good induction range. We actually wanted a different model but this was the only one at the time that wasn’t junk, a weird size or just plain ugly. Doesn’t help that LG and other manufacturers are having trouble filling demand. Anyway, the only thing that we don’t like about the range is the design of the induction elements. They are just a little dumber than others we have used. They only work correctly with certain size pots and pans. Too small or too big, and they either don’t work correctly or the range complains and shuts down the element. It’s not a huge deal, just a little annoying. When using the correct size pots and pans, it works perfectly. If the pot or pan seems to be getting hot but not as hot as you think, it is likely a size issue. Try using a different size pot/pan or a different element. We have had less issues with the KitchenAid induction pans than others. If you have the space for a wall over, I would do that and get an induction cooktop. The stand alone cooktops have more options than you will find in a range cooktop.

  39. KarlaB

Took a month to get an electrician add a circuit required to run the new induction range we purchased. The month delay resulted in the range exceeding the return window. When we finally hooked it up yesterday, we discovered the range isn’t operable. It’s going to take a week to get a repairman to come out. And the kicker? If it has to be replaced, this model is no longer available. If parts have tobeordered, many weeks will we be without a cooktop? $3,000 down the drain.

  40. DerekC

First use and the glass cooktop is now is showing ring through the induction spot/burner. I would have to imagine this is an issue with all the LG glass top stoves. That is pretty poor for a stove that cost as much as these do.

  41. MargaretD

It’s beautiful. I’m truth, though, I haven’t tried all its capabilities; mostly the induction cooktop and it works great

  42. user235394

As good as expected. Burners heat up quickly, faster than traditional electric. Oven heats up to temperature fast. Great features. Proof setting perfectly maintains low oven temp. 3 racks. Everything you could want. I hope the racks will slide in and out more easily with use. The unit we received from Best Buy was seriously dented in on the back and Best Buy was quick to offer up a return or to refund a portion of the sales price. We used the refund to purchase an extended warranty but kept the unit as no replacements are available for months.

  43. SarahM

We absolutely love this range. The induction cooktop is fantastic to cook on. The oven heats well and evenly. So glad we upgraded

  44. Warren

Amazing stove! Fast to heat up, safe and easy to use.

  45. NickT

Works well and intuitive so far. Nice having different burner sizes to match pans.

  46. Periozam

Great installation team, in and out quickly, and had everything they needed. Cook top cleans easily, has safety features that beep when you turn on the wrong burner. The oven works quickly and efficiently, and is easy to clean with several rack positions.

  47. ElsaLiz

I wanted an induction range because I’ve used one before. I love that when you turn the burner down there’s an immediate effect instead of it taking time for the heat to come down like regular electric stoves. . It’s just like cooking with gas but the glass top is so much easier to keep clean. You just wipe it and because the burners don’t get hot, you can wipe it down almost as soon as you’re done. The area where a hot pot was sitting will be watm as the heat transfera from the pit to the stove top so use caution. I’ve only had it for a short time so I can’t comment on the oven as I haven’t used it yet.

  48. MatthewP

This LG range performs as expected. Very high quality craftsmanship with all the conveniences we were looking for.

  49. SteveH

Real fast and efficient heating up. A little too sensitive to overheating.

  50. ManjulaS

Love this Electric induction cooking – my food is ready in minutes and I can clean the range in no time!!! This is a fantastic way to cook!!!
