Very pleased with all the aspects of this oven. It seems to cook a bit hotter than the the temp it is set on so I just take things out slightly earlier or set at a slightly lower temp. Overall pleased with the product.

The product is fine, but the “geek” who set it up was rather unhappy from begining to the end and showed great displeasure when reminded to take back some of the packaging that his colleague forgot to pick up on his way out.

This is my second LG range. I LOVED my first one, but when it died I’d had it for enough years that I decided to just replace it rather than trying to get it fixed (which can be very difficult these days). When I ordered this range, I did not notice that the surface was a different design until I received it. I immediately didn’t like the look of it, but worse than that, it gets easily scratched. It looks bad. But the range works great. I’m very disappointed that LG thought this surface was a good quality, or even good looking, design for the smooth surface. Come on, LG, you’re better than that!

The stove/oven is great. At first I wasn’t sure about the push button burners, but I got used to them quickly and really like them a lot. I love the convection bake and roast. The oven heats and cooks evenly and quickly. I really like this unit.

Love it. Easy to with everything flat. Size selection for heat on the large burners make cooking for 2 with alot of small pot/pans so much safer. Husband loves all the beeping when making selections. LOL. Cooks evenly and at recommended temps and times.

Had to get warranty work as soon as installed. Would not pre heat past 230 degrees. LG called service tech, took 2 trips to get fixed because LG tried to diagnose over phone.
Year and half later, and we are having same problem. Buttons aren’t most user friendly, have to press hard some times and in just the right spot.

Please note – you CANNOT turn the convection fan off!!! It turns on and off every 30-40 seconds for about 20 seconds at a time. It burns the top of frozen pizza (or anything else that is frozen), however the crust is still doughy. We have already had to have a repairman out (we have had it 8 months) to replace the circuit board and wiring on the oven due to the broiler stopped working and the oven would not preheat. The cooktop scratches easily and leaves marks when something boils over that are almost impossible to get off. …and the oven will not come clean! Also, it is almost impossible to get food to simmer once it boils, it just continues to boil, even on low.

Is it a $4000 restaurant grade gas range with all the bells and whistles? Of course not. But it is an excellent range for the home cook. It’s got a variety of burner sizes and good precision on lower heat settings (1.0->3.0 in increments of 0.2). The warming zone is great for large meals like Thanksgiving where you’ve got gravy you made 2 hours ago that you want to keep warm until it’s time to eat.
The oven has conventional and convection settings and temperature control seems accurate. Haven’t used the self cleaning, as the interior surface is easy to clean with just a wipe.

Replaced my 30 year old whirlpool with this unit. Had to have the convection oven works great. Easy to clean oven. Only downside is the top needs to be cleaned after every use and sometimes it’s a pain to get clean. Just need to use the proper cleaning supplies.

If I could give this product less than a half star I would. My daughter who is pregnant began and other night cooking her craving food. She put the ingredients in to make her white chicken chili, goes to place the chicken breast in, and as she does she hears a very loud noise, instantly drops everything else turns of the stove and removes the pot only to find the stove top cracked. She will be calling customer service in the morning. I have never seen her so upset or scared. Thankfully nothing caught on fire or anyone was hurt!

We bought this stove a couple years ago and nothing is working on it. The heating element in the oven doesn’t work and the heating elements on stove top don’t heat up. We were so excited to get all LG appliances. I didn’t like Samsung bc, they too, are garbage. But I was a Rep for LG appliances for a few months and thought they were fantastic products. We had a GE stove that lasted years. We have a baby and 11 year old and can’t cook. It’s such a disaster. We are so disappointed. Pure garbage. Korean products are tin cans.

Has been great range and oven. However, after 3 years, the oven will not reach programed heat setting, even after calibration. This problem barely should get the 3 stars I gave it. Disappointing quality.

Replaced old GE profile with Samsung. Wifi features is helpful to change oven temperature and time from cell phone. There is a fan inside the oven which keeps uniform temperature. Also comes with air-fryer.

Problems with the control panel, became loose, that could never be fixed. Burners worked well, had challenges determining oven temperature, never seemed right. Replacing with another Samsung after was reimbursed a % of the purchase price, MV DW and FRIG/FREEZER all work fine, this was not a good piece, bad decision,

Worked great until the mother board burnt up at year 4. Took the wiring harness with it. $400+ dollar repair or just buy a new one.
