    Very powerful AC. Barely above a whisper unless full speed at cold setting. Built well but with caveats. One, the plastic tab that is inserted into the cabinet for the sliding mechanism? Not a very good design. Cheap plastic that was incredibly difficult to insert. Also, doesn’t make sense to me why you have to remove the AC from its cabinet in the first place? Just design everything all inclusive. Adds to a large possibility of breaking a valuable internal component rendering it useless. For a 12000 btu ac it’s big. Barely fit in a regularly sized window.
    You can tell the dual inverter tech will indeed help with energy usage. Seems to take much less than the 8000 btu unit it replaced. Overall very pleased. None of the issues mentioned would come close to keep us from purchasing again.

    I bought to cool a room that is about 600sq ft and always hottest room when whole-house AC is on. I installed this on a horizontal sliding window on a second floor, and had to buy a window AC support bracket which no longer is being sold from Best Buy.

    In term of use, this AC do the job well to cool and maintain temperature and quietness. Remote control is good and controlling and programming from the app is great.

    The only thing that can be improved is extend its temperature sensor or pair with a wireless. The temperature reading from the unit is 4-6 degrees cooler than the actual room temperature, which I presume it’s because it’s right on the AC unit!

    Really like it, cools like a breeze. The wifi disconnects at times when unstable but the AC works really well otherwise with voice control and the ThinQ app.

    Excellent product, but it’s a large heavier AC and has to be shipped to your store or home because it’s not stocked. Week long wait and no care is given during the shipping process. Received with two dents . Installed, great product.
