This washer cleans clothes effectively and efficiently. There are many cycles to choose from and it is easy to use. It’s cycle may be a little longer as it takes time to detect the load size, but then clothes come out with minimal water and are ready to dry at the end.

I was in dire need for a washer as my old one decided to quit. The original one (7800) we ordered was not available so we ordered the 7300. So far the washer is doing a great job and is easy to use. There is a learning curve after only having agitator washers in the past which use a lot of water. It’s mesmerizing watching the action through the clear top. The washer is pretty quiet and I like the chimes at the end of the cycle.

I Love My New LG Washer!!! It is absolutely great!! I like the little blue plastic dispenser for bleach. My other washer dispenser for bleach was all metal and rusted. So I think the blue plastic is better. The control panel is easy to work with. The extra large
tub is great. But what I love the most is when the wash cycle ends it lets me know by playing a tune. Cutest thing I have ever seen in an appliance. Brings a smile to my face!!! Thanks so much for my new washer. I actually enjoy doing the laundry now!!!!! It is also very classy looking!!

Good results and pretty intuitive electronics. You need to be fairly tall/flexible to reach the bottom well. With hoses it was a bit deeper than expected and does not fit the space of my old machine even though I measured. These are just things to consider more carefully if you are buying this washer. Pretty quiet and efficient. Very high capacity.

Fits perfect in my space. Clothes wash clean in various loads and types. Takes the guess work out of it for me by preselecting the water temp and spin based on what types of clothes Im washing. Havent tried the wifi methods yet but thats a plus!

Lots of room! I only have to do one or two loads now instead of multiple and the clothes come out extra fresh and clean smelling. I though the wifi features were a bit excessive, but it is actually nice to get phone notifications when the laundry is ready to be switched over.

DO NOT buy this machine. i’ve had 2 in 4 months and they both make loud metal on metal sound during wash and rinse cycles. A new agitator was put in the second one and still did not fix the problem. Getting the parts replaced and the follow-up/customer service has been terrible.

Since new, we already had the main board replaced, bearings and tub replaced, the motor, replace and now we are experiencing the same bearing noise already just out of warranty. The washer looks great, make cool noises the wife likes, but this particular Maytag is a piece. Oh, did I mention the glass top hinges are broke as well. You can still use the machine, its just another sore spot when you around $1K for a washer, YOU EXPECT MORE!

It shakes and bangs against itself, as even a small load cant get through a wash without the washing spinner banging against the inside of the machine. It’s Ironic cause the washer says how it’s quiet. It’s the opposite. Do not buy this unless you want to be frustrated.

My old washing machine would not die (Maytag). It was old and would no accommodate queen sized bedding so I bought this LG high capacity. It has many options that I have not used yet but I love the efficiency and the quality of the cleaning. The ease of use is awesome as well. I do not have young children but I think one of the best features is that the door locks when I start the cycle. I also love the spin only cycle; great feature.

Loved it at first! However 11 months in and it is turning off during the wash cycle. Now I have a tub full of wet clothes. We have to wait 6 days for Geek Squad to come out and the washer isn’t even a year old! Very frustrating!

It was fine the first couple of years.
Lately it is uneven very regularly and needs to be watched for the last half hour or so to make sure it doesn’t just keep refilling and draining repeatedly.
The bottom of the drum comes unscrewed regularly, even when we use a ratchet wrench to secure it, it will come off again within 10 loads.
Now today its not filling correctly. It can fill, it did it for a few seconds. But it won’t fill quickly enough to actually get the laundry all wet then it begins the wash cycle while the top laundry is still dry.
I’m about to take my clothes down to the crick with a washboard. That is starting to seem less tedious.
We’ve had a few use errors like a aaa battery breaking the pump, and a screw getting stuck in the drum but that’s from things going through that shouldn’t have. The rest though, seems to just be an overly complicated programming that makes it almost useless.

Washes clothes well when it works. It has broken down a bunch of times. I have had to replace the control board twice, the clutch once, and the impeller twice. I have literally paid more than a new machine in parts. All in, I have paid over 2.5k for it. I would have been better off buying two other washing machines and then kicking myself.
