    This is great. My wife loves this so much. She loves the sanitary cycle. It’s a very easy machine to use. It actually has a lot more cycles that she loves. Lg is a great product I recommend this. The installer was great very knowledgeable explained how to use it .

    Great washer with lots of bells and whistles.. love the app where you ca download other was cycles,I also love the remote start that this washer has.. i hope it last as long as my front load washer did that i had for 13 years. The size of the tub is huge if your short like me you may need a step latter, or some kind of grabber.

    I am extremely happy with this machine. My clothes are coming out of the wash cleaner and no off balance issues with larger loads. The dryer is great too. I love the option of opening the door from the side or down from the top.

    I can’t give it 5 stars because it isn’t perfect, but it is close enough to what I want in a washer. I just realized how great the switch from a front-load to a top-load without an agitator would be. I did lots of research before settling for this one. It’s your best option for a top-loader without an agitator.

    I was warned by many people telling me that not to fill it all the way when washing. That has not been the case for me. The speed wash is great and when you have time the Steam is a nice fallback.

    As a consumer used the both drum and top load types, this washer by far satisfied all our needs such as ample capacity for large blanket washing, no more requirement of pedestal and obviously right budgeting. Also various washing options and each perfomance have been amazing. BestBuy Fullerton sales rep who suggested this product was truly helpful. I would definitly keep using LG as long as their products are made like this minding the consumer’s needs.

    I bought this washing machine based on advice from Best Buy and after returning my GE Profile which was a beautiful sapphire blue but damaged all my clothes and didn’t clean,
    And was pretty loud. But this one is very quiet and clean clothes pretty good although it doesn’t take out all the stains that my old washing machine did, unfortunately they don’t make that model anymore, but overall I have been pretty happy with this purchase, I’ve had it for almost a month now and no issues, simply to use and good choice of setting selections. I haven’t quite figured out how to start it with the additional setting Cycles in the app, but that does let me know when it’s done so that’s nice. It’s also pretty deep however when I washed too small blankets I noticed that it started shaking a little and I don’t want the machine to get off balance so I only watch one at a time although it’s supposed to have the ability to wash bigger loads. Washing a load of towels I put in eight towels, 12 washcloths and 2 hand towels and it had no problems. My machine would not wash more than six towels at a time and with the big family it is great to be able to wash bigger loads. I will not receive the dryer until January 30th which has been an extra long wait, but I’m hopeful it will work as good as the washer.

    Bought this washer two years ago and still is the best washer we’ve ever had. Love the high capacity in a small footprint. I use the sanitizing wash cycles for towels, dog beds, and underwear. My husband loves the turbo wash cycle to get his very dirty work clothes clean quickly. There are plenty of wash cycle options. Very efficient, reliable, and easy to use. Capacity is amazing, fits King sized quilts and blankets easily. We don’t use comforters on our King bed, so I can’t speak to that, but it definitely accommodates Queen comforters.

    The footprint of the washing machine is same as most others. The nice thing is the increased capacity with this unit. The only thing I would caution is that it is a long ways to the bottom up the tub for a short person. I’m 6’2 so not a problem. My wife is 5’4 and has to spin the drum some times to get things from the back bottom.
