    This unit is Super quiet and is extremely efficient. It hasnt raised my electric bill much at all compared to others ive had in the past and it keeps my entire downstairs cool. Ive never had an air conditioner this quiet! No more turning the tv up qll the way. Well worth the money

    I bought this air conditioner based off of other reviews. I like the fact you can lower the temperature to 60. It is a bit noisy when it first kicks on. It was easy to install.

    so far running this since i bought it, i had no issiues as well being quiet, it is long though so take that into consideration vs other small window ac units.

    honestly not much else to add to a review for something like this when it comes to products like these

    only error i missed judge my window size by measuring wrong area

    The item was worth every dollar. It accomplishes everything it say it will do. It has no noise pretty quiet. Would recommend anytime.

    This AC unit is horrible! When you turn it on, it has a delayed reaction. It takes almost 30 seconds before the air actually starts blowing. It does NOT get my living room cold at all. You literally have to stand directly in front of the unit to feel the cold air. Right now, I have the temperature set at 60 with the speed on medium and my living room is barely cool. It’s 9:28 and the sun is down so, it should definitely be much colder than it is. This unit pales in comparison to my Frigidaire units. I’ve purchased several of those and they cool my house like I have a central AC system. I HATE this unit. I only bought it because, Best Buy was sold out of the Frigidaire unit I wanted. The only reason I can’t get rid of is is because, I’m past the return window. This is the last AC unit from LG I ever buy. I will be replacing this with a Frigidaire unit next year expeditiously. I do NOT recommend this unit.

    Amazingly quiet. With Alexa connected it turns on as soon as I pull into my driveway. I can turn it on and off from anywhere with the LG app or the Alexa app.

    Obviously no one wantnto have the A/C running when no one is home, but having wifi at home you can control it an hour before and walk into your room nice and chilled ! Covers out kithen and loving room

    I have found this unit to be the quietest window a/c I have owned or heard.The chime sounds when setting modes etc..,are more pleasing than the old style beeps.The air flow is strong and cools very well.I personally find some a/c units to be obtrusive and downright ugly.On the contrary,this model from LG,looks clean,sleek,and rather elegant.I tried to do my research,before making my purchase.I am very pleased with the results.LG deserves high scores and recommendations with this very efficient,and quiet unit.I placed my order with Best Buy as no one anywhere stocked this new model.I tried a few places,and felt that it was an inconvenience to be asking for someone to actually place a special order for me.When I walked into Best Buy,I was greeted promptly,and was asked what they could do for me.They did not have the LG dual inverter 10,000 btu in stock either.They said they would be willing to order one and it would be here in about a week.I placed the order.I was notified on day four ,that my a/c had arrived and was ready for pick up.My many sincere thanks to Best Buy,for making my purchase an actual pleasure.Best Buy exceeded my expectations,and I recommend them highly,for your next purchase.

    My condo is 800 sq. ft. on the fourth floor, the top floor, of a brick building under a black rubber roof. Needless to say I was concerned about getting an air conditioner that could handle this job. I also have limited storage space so the dimensions of the unit matter. This unit meets all the specs I was looking for. It is sleek, easy to install, comes with padding in different forms, cools my space quickly and well AND is quiet. I am very pleased. Is a bit heavy but performs a heavy job. Highly recommend.

    The unit works perfectly and runs great, love the wifi opart while at work and out. the only downside is this isn’t designed for a max 36in window. the extensions will only cover a 33in max window.

    Great unit, can’t hear the compressor cycling on and off like most units. The blower is all you hear. Which is what should be expected. Remote is convenient but the Wi-Fi app control is awesome. You can also use this app to set a run schedule.

    My first trial of a dual inverter. I am sold. It easily cools 600 sq feet on economy, and often need to increase the temp a few degrees. Also it is very quiet even when the fan is on high.

    Alittle pricey….but we’ll worth it….Had a hot humid summer and this thing did a awesome job of keeping our main living quarters cool. Very quiet and looks great. Also has a high efficiency rating which helped keep the power bill in control. I also own many LG products and this one like the others did not disappoint.

    Quiet, efficient and effective. Got this to replace a family member’s older unit. This “inverter” style is far more quiet, much more energy efficient and cools noticeably better than the old one. Way too soon to say much on longevity, but so far, so good.
