Washer does not wash thorough. Some items come out with same dirt on them as when they went in. Agitator doesn’t really agitate the clothing unless super light loads.

This would be a great washer if it could handle small loads. When we attempt to wash five or six shirts or a small load of our gym clothes, the washer never fills with water high enough to cover the items and even though we purchased the agitator version, some items stay dry. The is no small load setting and no way to have the washer add more water. Disappointed is putting it mildly. Our previous LG front loader was much better

I bought the LG 7305C because, after 18 years of service, my Kenmore front loader was working great but smelled like a sewer no matter what I did or the products I’d used for the last few years. So I decided to keep the dryer ( not the prettiest solution but cost effective right now) and shop for a top loader. So far no problems with using HE detergent, being too short to load the machine, or not getting enough water. I’ve washed a Queen -size comforter as well as other loads of bedding that went to the top of the fill line and so did the water level, even without me pushing the “ deep water max fill) button. The sensor seems to do its job.

This LG washer does a great job washing the clothes. The four-way agitator really moves the clothes around during the wash and rinse cycles. The display screen background being black and the choices being light gray makes it hard to see the choices sometimes. Different colors should have been selected.

Thank goodness we found a new washer that has an optional setting “deep wash” that will actually add enough water to get the clothes wet!! I’ve been buying used washing machines for years because of all the “green” limitations in new machines.

No matter what setting you put your clothing on, the clothes always come out wrinkled. I would return the item if I could. It also took months to receive our new unmanaged washer.

I’ve been very impressed with this washer so far. I owned a competitor’s washing machine prior to getting the LG washer. The previous washing machine was about as basic as it can get when it comes to features, options, etc. It is what I would consider a “dumb” washer because it did not have any ability to connect to the internet. When it comes to appliances, I am on the fence with smart appliances mainly because it is just another thing that can break. However, the LG washing machine is built to the LG standard. Installation was simple. The only difference is you have the option to connect it to your internet. If you do this, you have the ability to see the diagnostics in the event of a problem, you can start a load from your phone (I don’t see myself using that feature very often), and it can tell you when your cycle is complete and ready to transfer to the dryer. My favorite feature turns out to be something that is so simple, yet such a good idea for top load washing machines. The lid for the LG washing machine is a soft closing lid. So no more accidentally slamming the door shut. I really enjoy the LG washing machine and am very happy with the product.

I bought this washing machine 3/22 a little over a year ago. Already there are mechanical problems with it. I barely use the machine so i cannot believe that there’s problems. It is still in new condition except for these damaged parts. If i had not purchased the extra warranty i would have been out a machine. LG is not what i thought it was. Very disappointed. I’m told by geek squad that replacement parts are all refurbished. Will never buy a machine from best buy again unless they make this right.

Delivered February 2021. We experienced periodic problem of power switch not working. Breaker & circuit okay. Outlet okay with proper grounding and polarity. Failed completely in October of 2023. New world of appliances, I guess. $800+ and less than three years of service.

The main control panel assembly is broken now after two years usage. And LG doesn’t carry the parts anymore on their website. I found lots of users got the same problem
