I’ve had this washing machine for almost a month now, and I’m in love with it! I did the installation and everything went smoothly, I didn’t have any issues. I do several loads of laundry a week, and while it does take longer to run, my clothes are cleaner than with my previous washer. It’s gentle enough I can wash my uniforms in it without having to worry they will get ruined.
I am very happy with this purchase, 100% worth the money.

This washer was a replacement for a 4 year old same model that the bearings went out on. LG repairman said repair cost too high. I have no complaints with the new washer so far. My complaint is with the installation! When they delivered it they said they were not allowed to stack and install a new washer on anything older!?? The pedestal sidekick was only 4 years old and still in good working order. I think it was just an excuse but at least my husband got him to help him lift it on pedestal. We had to hook it up which was not a big problem but moving this monster around the tight quarters of our small laundry room was no easy task for 60+ year olds! Point is if you buy any appliance from Best Buy to NOT depend on their installation service! The only thing they were good for is hauling away the old one! Someone named Johnny just wanted to go home early!

I love it. I use it often. I’ve had no problems thus far. It does vibrate and shake a bit more than when I had it first installed. I’m gonna have to look into that. There is a funky smell after awhile that comes and goes. I may need to clean the filter and do something else but Otherwise great machine. Keep it clean I hear if you spill liquid detergent on the writing it will fade but I’m not certain.

This front load washer has been exceptionally good. I’ve had mine for over 3 years now, and have had NO trouble with it, in spite of having dad gum dirty clothes going in it every other day. My most used cycles are Speed Wash, Normal, and the Allergeine cycle.
Clean the filter and run the Tub Clean cycle monthly, wipe the door gasket, and leave the door open to avoid mold problems with this machine. The super fast spin also means your clothes will spend much less time in the dryer. The app has improved over time.
Do consider the optional pedestals if you have issues with bending and reaching.
Overall, I love this washer and wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again!

This is my second LG washer. The first one lasted 6 years and the second (this model under review) lasted less than three years and I am thinking whether to call technical service or not since after calling it for fixing the fixing one, the machine only lasted one year after it. Very poor machine!!!

I looked at much more expensive washers and opted for a reasonable priced front loader and this one is perfect. Washes great, incredibly quiet, many options and features, most I don’t even use. I highly recommend!
