    Our washing machine broke after 3 years. The technician said the problem was the motor, which is under warranty for 10 years (it’s literally written on the front of the machine). LG has been horrible to deal with. Their reps gave incorrect information about how to get the part three times and then the company did not send the part. It has been over a month and the company has not taken ANY action. Do not buy LG products. Go with any other brand.

    Solid machine that I got on Black Friday for $699. Great deal threw on 5 year protection and install by Greek squad. The product is replace my other LG washer that I had for over 13 years. Does the job well and looks great. I should have got the pedestals to help with loading and unloading. Great purchase!

    I am hoping to update this review once I actually receive the item. I ordered 2 weeks ago and still have yet to get even a timeline from customer service of when it will be available for delivery. It showed as an in stock item at the time of purchase. Extremely disappointed in Best Buy’s inventory system for online purchases.

    The washer works pretty good for the most part. It is extremely loud! Louder than my 10 year old washer that just broke. Some of the smart settings are very confusing to use and the softener tray constantly needs cleaned out as it gets all gummy and does not seem to wash out properly. There are better options, but these are priced fair enough for how well they work.

    Bought this to replace a 12 year old model that needed $900+ in repairs. Works great so far, and it is so much quieter than the old one. My only complaint is you cannot disable the wi-fi function completely.

    Just got this in December 2023. So far, its works well. I have done a few loads of laundry. It ran very quietly and performed well for a new washer. The ease of use was very high. Water use is minimal. My older LG washer was great also. But will see how it performs over the years.

    Love this washer. My old washer was not working properly, so I needed to replace it. Though this machine is not as large as my old washer, I can still wash a king size comforter and it handles my larger loads with no problems. I also love the app that let me check the status of the wash cycle and it let’s me know when it’s complete.
