I purchased all LG appliances for my new home and now have to redo my kitchen cabinets because they only have range hoods that fit 9.5′ ceilings. Seems ridiculous to me that all of their competitors offer extensions and LG can only sell to customers with 9.5′ ceilings. That eliminates their wealthiest demographic. Very upset and dissatisfied.

the controls don’t work too well. Thehood works fine (a bit noisy but they all pretty much are). But I can’t set the clock easily and the button controls on the front are kind of cheap

First hood was damaged, had to wait 2 weeks for second hood to arrive and was damaged more than the first hood. Now I have to wait for almost 2 months for 3rd hood to arrive. Worst ever
