    Very nice looking cooktop, brushed stainless steel is nice match with black iron grates. Easy to install, works nice. Sound of the burner is a bit noisy on high setting. Center grate and burner is nice to have for large pots.

    My stove top broke and was having issues and this was a great replacement. The whole shopping process was good from going to look at stoves at the store to communication with the delivery and installation people. They even came earlier to the appointment.

    Love the look the height of the grates it’s size of burners but the only thing I’m bummed about the knobs look like they show light up and they don’t ..

    The stovetop itself is nice and functions as expected. The knobs however are garbage. We’ve had to replace all of them at least once, and some of them twice. The plastic stem that attaches them to the stove is poorly-made and cracks very easily. And the cost to replace these knobs is around $25 each. I would definitely not recommend this stove, as a result.

    Cook Top is perfect but the knobs all have broken on more than one occassion and I have had to replace them at 50.00 a piece which is ridiculous when this is clearly a malfunction of the unit and LG should provide replacement knobs

    My wife and I needed a new gas cooktop. This was the perfect replacement. We have slowly transitioned to LG major appliances. This cooktop has a 5th burner which gave us more cooking surface without expanding our cooktop area. The Super Boil is amazing and we could not be happier!

    THE LOOK AND FLEX IT HAS TO THE EYE IS VERY GOOD. BUT WASNT MAKE FOR MY REPLACEMENTS MEASUREMENTS .. SO I CHOSE A DIFFERENT ONE..

    I really like this cooktop. It works well and is very attractive.

    My only issue is that the available specifications for the cutout are inaccurate. They matched exactly the cutout specs for the old cooktop so we did not plan for any issues. On arrival, the installer said the specs were wrong because they failed to take some “lugs” into account, and the existing hole was 1/4 inch too small in both dimensions. I was in a bind and he offered to cut the hole larger by 1/8 inch on each side, for $225. We agreed to it and the rest of the install went smoothly.

    So the only issue is with the specifications. The install was good, and the product is excellent. This was our experience.

    Lightweight and easy to install and like having the center “Super boil” burner for boiling water quickly. Have one flat grill across the entire top is nice also. Have not had it long enough to see if we will have issues with knobs melting later.

    Loved the look of the stove but defective unit leaked gas when it was installed. Spent nearly two full days trying to work with Best Buy to get resolution – as recipient of our gift had no cooktop (already pulled out), has three young children, and house had smell of gas. Had to be a new replacement unit that cost several hundred dollars more.
