Camdawgs –
We remodeled our kitchen and purchased this cooktop. I’ve been extremely pleased with how fast it heats up, the controls, and the ease of cleaning. We love the fact that there are no knobs that can collect “gunk” and have to be cleaned. Very good product
CookingTinker –
Other than it took awhile to get installed, this cooktop is real nice. The controls were a little confusing at first but have gotten use to them now. Easy to keep clean.

Broke at 13 months.
I loved it while it worked and sad that LG will only cover there items for 12 months.
It’s a waste of money.
BeautifulAppliance –
Handsome cooktop that seems to sits comfortably in our kitchen island.

I like electric cooktop, easy cleaning. It was great product.
Momto3 –
I was so happy to upgrade my cooktop to a more modern appliance. You really notice the consistent heat unlike my old burners. Easy to clean and use.
RingALing –
Beautiful sleek design! I love the 5 eyes! Thank goodness the electrician helped me figure it out!
Raymo –
Heats up quickly and good control of heat between settings. Warmer burner is very handy. Easy to keep clean even after spills. Every now and then it seems to go into a locked mode (different than child lock) and I need to reset the cooktop from the electric panel.
Good –
It has a clean surface and no grooves for crumbs to catch in.
PeterL –
Product performs as promised. Sales associate super helpful, and delivery and setup flawless
Skysan –
Works great and the wife is happy. Product is of good quality and nice sleek look. Hooking up was about 20 minutes. Seems like the engineers thought of a lot of different installs.

The cooktop is great. The only issue that I have with it is that it has little white specs all over the glass cooktop. They brought out another one but it has the same issue. Having OCD, it looks dirty all of the time and I’m trying to clean it all of the time.

Love this stovetop! Easy to use and easy to clean. The best part is no nobs! Also like the nice sounds.

First thing we noticed after installation is that the controls are confusing. Any new user requires a couple minutes of explaining. To turn on the right big burner, you first need to hold “Power” for three seconds. Then you need to press the burner symbol twice to get full 10″ as indicated by a light next to a “D”. Then you need to select the power level number. Then a second or two later it stops flashing and indicates it’s on.
Second thing I noticed is that the big “burners” flicker. They turn off and on rapidly, multiple times a minute. I assumed it was my house wiring, but it wasn’t. I hired an electrician to inspect. He demonstrated with an amp-meter that the cooktop was acting weird.
The cooktop pulls full amperage and then zero over and over again. This causes flickering lights throughout my house. This is not the normal behavior where it runs for a minute and then powers down because it’s hot.
I reached out to the factory for warranty support. Weeks later this local repair company got back to me. I had one appointment where the guy showed up and said he was new so he didn’t have a password to call LG support. He left and said someone would call me. Weeks later I called back to figure out where he went. They sent another guy over. He called LG. LG said there’s a service bulletin for this behavior and that a part needed to be replaced. The company came back a third time and replaced the part. It didn’t fix the problem. The company said they’d get back to me, and four weeks later, nothing. I’m not made of afternoons off from work to watch this nonsense.
The next appointment I will have for this cooktop is to get it replaced by a cooktop from another manufacturer.
Two stars because we can cook on it, despite the flickering.

Great purchase quality product great price easy install

1st one lasted around 6 months then most of the buttons stopped functioning (touch screen) it took several months for me receive a new one and you have to pay to uninstall/ re-install. The new one lasted about 2 months which only follows under the original purchase… might have used it 3 times. So now I have a touch screen makes my cooking options where only 2 burners can be turned on and only the 1,2 and 9 temps function. Guessing I paid $150 per cooking cycle. My current cooktop is now for looks and I have a portable 2 burner cooktop.

beautifull, best investment ever, i love how my kitchen look with it.
Baileysmommom –
So far, so good. Still figuring it out. Much was it to clean than my last one

I absolutely LOVE my new electric cooktop! It looks so great. It’s a little bigger than my old cooktop but still fits within my cabinet space (under my range hood). It IS really beautiful. It’s easy to use and I love how it “sings” when I cut it off.
Jean –
This LG Cooktop has a great feature with the warming burner.
bkeen2020 –
Great better than most, had a GE and that was a piece of junk.
MonicaS –
This has been a great buy. Love that it was a warming spot.
Jojo –
Love this stovetop- if you’re going for a modern look or upgrading- you can’t go wrong. Blends so well!
unhappycustomer –
Had this for about a month. So far, like the new digital look. Easy to maneuver and clean. So far so good.
DrCDogg –
I had to replace an older cooktop after the glass cracked. This LG fit the bill both in size (for I. The cut out including the down draft) and features. It looks sleek and heats up pots and pans much quicker than my old Kitchen Aid. So much so once liquids are boiling I’ve had a hard time lowering the temp enough to simmer. That is taking some getting used to as well as the 2 step process to adjust the heat level. You must select the burner then the temp setting from the main/central control. I prefer the Kitchen Aid where it could set the temp directly right at the control for each burner but I’m getting used to it. And as with other LG appliances it does play a little tune when you shut it off. I have found the fan a little annoying. It’s fairly quiet but I never expected a fan or noise at all. I suppose it cools the glass quicker and is not that big of a deal. Not being aware of that or having that on the Kitchen Aid made it unexpected.

Had less than 5 years need to get a new one. Looking for anything that’s not lg
MelitaB –
So far, I love it. I haven’t used it long or used all of the features, but it looks awesome in my new kitchen and works great even though the installers didn’t bring my manual.
Claudia –
I love a cook top with no knobs (much easier to clean!) It still looks new after frequent use due to us cleaning it after every use. We bought more of the cleaning solution that came as a sample and it cleans right through stubborn stains! I’ll never go back to another gas cooker again!
CaroleC –
Easy install as we replaced an older Electrolux unit. Nannie says she loves it. Easy to clean.
AlexanderR –
ok product but very delayed and first item came broken
Poli –
Dont give it a 5 star b/c it doesn’t have a quick boil. Other than that it’s good.
Jean –
I love it! It is great to five burners and the one in the front acts like two depending on the size of the pot. It heats faster than regular burners. It also has a child lock to keep it safe.
Unknown –
Very sleek design and easy to clean. The touch functions work better than I thought they would.
MagdaH –
Great item. It is beautiful and efficient. I’ve got many comoliments

Second one.
One of the best stove Top in the Market in the market. I bought one myself now I got my mom to buy one as well
Jagwire –
The glass top comes with a deaign pattern in the glass. Looks almost like snowflakes. Very easy to clean! My toddler threw a plastic bag on the stove top and burn it. A little olive oil and vinegar remove it without damaging the cooktop. It comes with safety features to lock the cooktop and auto turn off when not in use. Installation was fast and very easy. The dual burner is great when cooking a large meal.
LanceF –
Very nice stove top. Love how easy it is to clean an the child lock
SHEVY –
Replaced my 30year old stove top. EASY install. The buttons are hard to press. Wish there was a specific spot to click or feedback other than sound. Im asking a lot but a hepatic feedback like a phone would be nice.
AlvaroC –
Very good product
Performs as advertised
Like the look and design of the stove top
tvguy –
Fit the space like a glove. Controls are press like a tablet which is unique.
Sge43211 –
I was able to purchase this as an an open box item, so the value was exceptional. It is very easy to use. The tempered glass, however, is not completely solid black but rather has some flecking in it. I would prefer solid black.
RocioP –
Fantastic stove. It works perfectly. It is very convenient. Easy clean for the teenagers
PamelaW –
Same issue describeb by another. Touchscreen stops working. lights flash. Service assistance called- his comment, “It’s toast.” I’ve had it two years. Now it’s just a shiny useless cooktop and I’m using an infrared cooker until I figure out what to do. The LG website is useless and very time-consuming.
EliezerP –
I steel have not used it yet so i cant say much yet but it looks great in my kitchen
Inero81 –
I wish it would connect to my phone like it’s supposed to.
JamesE –
Awesome product delivered as said and item as ordered..
ErnestF –
Product works great and great price. Was able to install myself with ease. Just had one area I had to cut to install on the counter top. Works great and heats thing up quickly
SydneyD –
Sleek cooktop range with 5 burners. I like that it has a lock for the burner controls so you do not accidently turn on or off a burner by mistake.
