Though the item itself works well, the outside drawer handle was improperly installed and keeps falling off. After FIVE service appointments with no resolution, I am returning it and will not be purchasing appliance from Best Buy in the future. The worst customer service!

We really like most everything about this fridge but the icemaker. We have adults and 2 to 5 kids in the house and the icemaker cant keep up even with the accelerated ice function. The container to hold the ice is quite small which is the major reason why. We do like the convertible drawer and use it for meat and cheese storage as we already have a standup freezer. Best Buy cuetomer service has been great thus far. The first refrigerator we got had an odd taste to the water deapite flushing the system out. I contacted Best Buy and within 3 days they had a replacement out to us. On top of that, their communication during delivery was outstanding. I’d previously ordered a fridge from Lowes and they cancelled my order the day of delivery. Im sticking with BB from now on.

What I love:
Great size with very usable inside space.
The flex drawer is great for deli and cheese as well as lunch size leftover containers.
I like the dual ice feature
The in door water is a good size, easy to get water bottles and even some pitchers in there.
What I wish was better:
The measured water feature seems cool at first, but you have to hold your glass against the paddle the whole time and if you accidently let up because you are readjusting or something it clears the measure.
I wish it produced more of the craft ice. It only produces a max of 6 every 24 hours. That’s enough for a one or two person household but not for a larger family who wants to use them in their water bottles.
Really thou, we like this fridge a lot and would strongly recommend. Just wish those minor things were a little bit better.

Excellent fridge and replaced our 8 years old GE. Plenty of storage and custom options for changing the middle drawer to a fridge or a freezer. I love the craft ice it creates and this also connects to WiFi to configure and chance the settings. There are two areas where it stores / creates ice so that is very convenient. Overall very happy with the purchase.

This was a 5 star review until the craft ice maker stop working. LG reached out to us through the app saying they notice a problem. We responded thinking this would set up a service call. NOPE, received a link to a YouTube video and if we cannot figure out how to fix on our own we will be charge for the service visit and were given less than 24 hours to complete the task and then sent a text stating that since they had not heard from me they considered the case closed. Completely unacceptable. The fridge you built has an issue, FIX IT! We have loved our LG appliances until now. It is so disappointing to have an issue and just be pushed through to an AI sink hole.

So far love it! Has so much room, crisper drawers are sturdy & absolutely love the extra drawer, it feels so much easier & better organized. The door in door is lovely but does not stay as cold as rest of refrigerator but so far has not been a problem since its cold enough & we use it for things we use up fastest. LG is the way to go! Door in door feature is very useful. The craft ice is just a feature, we don’t really care for it but it’s nice to have. Huge refrigerator too, if you purchase it make sure your doorways can be cleared. LG over Samsung when it comes to refrigeration!

Very decent peice for a typical home but not estate worthy, it is nice but it is not commercial grade. If it has a good life expectancy, it is worth the premium price.

We have only used this appliance for about a month, but so far we really like the upgrade. We really like the cool or freeze option of the center drawer. Also a bonus option that we didn’t realize we were getting is 2 yes 2 ice makers. 1 in the door with water option, the other in the freezer that makes ice balls. The door in a door is a special plus for often used items.

The height adjustment of the interior shelving is limited to basically two heights unlike previous models making it difficult to store taller containers.
The divider for the center drawer is very functional.
