Most expensive appliances I have ever purchased. I love the large capacity this refrigerator holds and some of the different features, like tall area for filling water containers and 2 different ice available (craft ice and regular ice cubes).
What I don’t like is that this refrigerator doesn’t have a night light or a light in the bottom freezer! And the interior shelves are not able to move. There is a shelf that can be folded over to give more hight for tall items.
LG needs to go back to the drawing board to make adjustments to make this model refrigerator even better!
Was told I needed to get a maintenance agreement because some parts break down fast.
Would recommend to family and friends with information on the negative issues.

I LOVE the black stainless finish! Ice maker is much faster than previous Samsung model I owned. Craft ice is so nice. My favorite part is being able to open just the front of the door for commonly used items.

We have only had this unit for two weeks. As of date I have been unable to sync my phone with it but I’m not sure that’s entirely a dealbreaker. We do enjoy the balls of ice in our water. And the fridge has held its temperature just fine as has the freezer.

First of all, don’t assume similar numbers mean similar features! looked at a 30 cubic foot on floor, but got 28cuft in same line. many features not there! was so wanting measured water dispense and not part of this model. ice maker is not working right as we only get once size of craft ice no matter what selection. and small Ice production seems to melt some so I have to open up and break up ice to get. left door does not open up all the way for whatever reason, so hard getting drawers out that side! so compare exact features on the specific model you order! LG also makes it confusing with way to many models!

We read the reviews of previous owners of this refrigerator. The color isn’t as dark and we had hoped, but the fridge is working great. There is plenty of room in the refrigerator section and the two freezer sections allow for having more frequently used items in the top and less used items in the bottom. The craft ice is a great plus. The cubed ice does not have a large receptacle, but it hasn’t been an issue.

Bought unit… delievery was $150, haul away was $40 and I think installation was $40. Delivery was timley…Installers were friendly.. Fridge took about 6 hours to cool to 37, has been working great so far. Did not get water filter with unit so needed to order one on amazon.
