    This isn’t a bad fridge but we haven’t had it 1 year and hoped for better quality. The plastic around the shelves are easily scratched. The freezers aren’t as practical as we had hoped and feel small.

    Outstanding refrigerator! The amount of storage space is wonderful. I like the alert that lets you know that the door was not completely closed. The ice maker is great! I like the size of the ice cubes and crushed ice.

    The two side by side doors with deep shelves is exactly what we need along with the filtered water and ice maker. We have more easy access for the items we use the most often. The two draw freezer works well for our needs.

    I think your delivery system sucks and I should not have had to got to the store to have my refrigerator scheduled for delivery 4-5 times it keeper getting cancelled also the LG refrigerator sucks it broke down with in a couple of months after buying it and couldn’t get a new one delivered uno the end of December if than so traded it in on a GE and have continuous delivery problems

    The refrigerator performed as advertised. The only thing that I was disappointed in was the size of the ice cubes…too small.

    While I love this refrigerator, there are some things to be mindful about. First, the bottom freezer drawer does not have a light. Second, you have to have both doors open to get into the deli drawer. Third, the plug is short and comes out on the back right-side (if you are standing in front of the frig). You need to make sure your outlet is behind the frig. And lastly, the installers will not hook up the water line if it is copper or plastic. Unless your water line is right behind the frig, I would speak to the installers ahead of time to ensure a seamless install. Newer homes have the right connections so this shouldn’t be issue. My home is old. Otherwise, it has lots of room. Nice!!

    so far so good. we love the 2 drawer freezer. help devide the foods and helps get in and get out. love the fact that it is “smart”. Also with the smaller ice maker, it was very helpful that they include a ben to place ice in, so make it and store it and make more. very thoughtful idea.

    Did not come with a door bin with a lid like the old one we had. We used it for eggs and miss it. I thought we would like the dual lower doors but you lose too much room.

    I have only had this refer since the 22nd of Nov 2023. I love it and it is working great. There is plenty of room for food and the double freezer is perfect. I would recommend buying it. The Geek Squad who delivered it were super awesome, professional and efficient! I would also recommend buying from Best Buy!

    Buying, delivery and installation is a smooth ride with Best Buy. Refrigerator works well so far. No complains. It has a pet good storage capacity. Freezer split helps with storing meat in a separate zone.

    So many great things about this refrigerator! It’s pretty and looks nice in my kitchen. The fridge portion has a good amount of space. The water and air filter work great! My only complaint is there is limited space in the freezer.

    Great refrigerator, but has a very small ice bin. We returned for the single drawer model with dual ice-maker, one in the door and one in the freezer drawer. I would only recommend this refrigerator if large quantities of ice is not important to you.

    I purchased this item as Open box, it had practically no damages when it was in store, but when it arrived at the house, it had a huge dent in the right door. The store staff said it was not their fault (it never is) so I feel I was lied to when I purchased the item. I’ll see if the claims dept will do something about it. So far, not a very good experience, although I spent over 3,000 dollars in this purchase.

    This fridge is nearly perfect. It has loads of space and customizable options. My only two gripes is that
    1. It doesn’t have gallon sized door containers. I knew this going in but I didn’t realize how much I’d love to have them until now.
    2. The water/ice dispenser on the door is ever too sleightly short for your longer containers. It works 99% of the time for what is needed though so both of my gripes are mainly finding flaws for my perfect fridge.

    We love our new refrigerator! It fits in the space perfectly. It’s nice sized. I love the ice and water feature. I would recommend it as well as purchase it again in the future if I needed to.

    This is much better than previous 10-year old Kitchen Aid fridge. It is very good feature to have an ice cube bin in the bottom freezer. My kids always dig in the bin with a scoop for their drinks. Icemaker is behind the water/ice dispenser but it is sealed so I hope it won’t freeze up / get stuck.

    Because it is a Frend door unit, the space inside has larger estate and can be used effectively when you have a wide item, like a whole salmon side.

    Why 4 star instead of 5? The right door is not completely snug. I can feel it is a little bit more loose than the left door even after adjusting its tension and alignment. Not a big deal, but probably it will cost me about $1 more on electricity a year.

    Besides having to make sure that you close the doors with force because they tend to stay open. The ice maker is small. I’ve been having to buy bagged ice because the production of ice is small and slow even when using the ice plus option. I have a family of 5 and if we use ice for lunch …. For dinner only 1-2 of us will get ice from the maker before it’s empty. I would recommend they make the ice maker bigger to make the fridge worth the investment.

    So far this has been a great refrigerator. The double freezer doors make it easier to get at things versus one deep freezer. The crispers are nicely sized, and the deli tray at the bottom of the refrigerator section makes it easy to store and find items. Smaller door trays on the ice maker side are good for condiment or soda can storage. This was purchased at an outlet store, came through with damage not present at the store. Best Buy was fantastic in taking care of the transit damage.
