    I absolutely love my refrigerator! I have room for everything I need and some that I don’t. I love the beverage center and how it saves energy by not opening the entire refrigerator door to get something to drink. The freezer is very roomy and fits a variety of sized items.

    The refrigerator has met all of our needs. I didn’t think I would like the glass door that opens up separately, but I love it. You can easily access juices or milk without opening the entire fridge. The only thing about this fridge is that the freezer space seems so much smaller than a lot of other fridges.

    No ice. The ice maker, for the first two days, kept on making a sound like “clank” but no ice to be seen. Finally I got some ice, but after that, no ice again. A technician is coming to repair it, but I just bought it. As per other reviews, other customers had the same problem. Doors are not leveled, but that is a minor issue. Also when delivered, I was told that it didn’t fit, which was weird because my old fridge was the same size and it fitted perfectly, the delivery guy finally pushed it in but now its so weird that the fridge is stock halfway. Also the bottom drawer has no light and the items near the front of the bottom drawer are not frozen. Freezer capacity is smaller that my old fridge.I was offer an exchange, but it makes me nervous that I may encounter the same problems. I think of getting another style. By the way the ice tray is very small. I can tell that if you hold a party, you will run out of ice as soon as your party starts. I gave two stars because of the look and the knock on door light.

    This has been a great purchase for us. Plenty of storage, and the kids love the instiview window. Went from black stainless to regular stainless steel and it brighten up the kitchen.

    This fridge cools well and has good storage. I have a coupe of issues though. The ice maker is small so using the provided ice storage tray in the freezer is a must for families that use a lot of ice. There is no water reservoir in modern fridges so the only cool water comes from the tube exposed to cold air inside the fridge (the LG must be really short compared to my other fridge). Because the ice cubes are cubes and somewhat small (old fridge was crescent shaped and larger) so they melt fast requing more ice, which takea me back to the first issue, small ice maker. There is no water trap under the water dispenser so plan on spill cleanup now and then.

    The fridge is good and has good space inside Shelves could use and additional setting to allow more tall items to fit. Freezer is good and holds temperature very well. The additional ice tray in the freezer is very helpful when you need extra ice for a party.

    Replaced a side-by-side refrigerator that was 7 years old and worked well. This LG French Door with two freezer drawers below is fabulous. Refrigerator part is big, convenient to find and retrieve items. I didn’t think we would like the “InstaView” feature in the right door but it makes retrieving frequently used beverage bottles and cartons very convenient. I was also concerned about the ice capacity of the in-door ice dispenser. We use a lot of ice but have not run out yet. Freezer drawers have taken a little getting used to. Not quite as much freezer volume as in the old side-by-side but we have adapted and finding freezer items is easier in the new unit than in the old one. I am very satisfied we made the right choice with this LG refrigerator.

    I purchased this refrigerator a month ago along with a warranty. So it was delivered and immediately an error code pops up showing the mother board has a problem. I have made many calls for a service tech to come out to fix it! Given dates they will come and call to confirm but no one comes! I need help!!!

    Didn’t last two years. Repeated service calls did not resolve recurring compressor and motor issues. Lost food on 4 occasions. Multiple refrigerator repair specialists stated that LG (and Samsung refrigerators) are the most notorious for motor failures. I can attest. Ended up purchasing a GE refrigerator from different retailer. So far, so good.

    We bought this fridge and loved it it is a smart design. After 5 years and three months our compressor went out and the warranty is only 5 years so we had to pay $450 for a replacement. Since it was a $3000 fridge it made sense. Our replacement compressor came with a 90 day warranty and it went out after 150 days. So no warranty. As long as you are OK with replacing the compressor for $1200 a year until you give up it is a great fridge. Assume the fridge new will last 5 years until that decision so $600 a year is what you are buying. Beware a review that is a recent purchase

    Great refrigerator! Plenty of space. The only negative is for such a big refrigerator it only has ice inside the door. There is a bin in the freezer that you can buy ice when needed. Luckily I do not use a lot of ice.

    I was told to never buy an LG or Samsung fridge from people in the know. They were right. This replaced a Samsung which lasted only 8 year before it couldn’t keep the temp below 50. This is less than 2 years old and the temp range varied from 30 – 48 from day to day. Within the fridge it’s below freezing at the top, so I get frozen items, to 46 degrees at the bottom where my milk spoils too quickly. I am going to take the loss, junk it and go with a GE, a reliable brand.

    I only that I delike is the right side slightly open when the other side is closed and if you don’t caught it, it stay open until someone closes it. Other then that I really like the unit.
