good value for money I got it open box item it does have some dings on the handle but I did not see the dent in the back and on the side I will contact the store to find out besides it was lacking filter which should have been told and as a precaution i replaced the air filter.

Bought this fridge to replace my side by side. So far thus fridge has worked fine for us. The only thing i can say is when it says it will take 48 to 72 hours for it to start making ice, that is the truth. I thiught for sure it was not working, but on the third day it started making ice and hasnt stipped. Keeps up with my ice habit.

I like the size. The door in door I thought I was going to hate but I find it helpful. But because of that the door doesn’t open as wide. Biggest flaw is the water dispenser panel. The words aren’t lit up. So if press for water the only thing that lights up is a little slit telling you it’s on. You have to remember where water or ice is because the words don’t light up like all the other refrigerators. It’s very odd to see.

We really like the features and quality of the refrigerator so far. The dual icemakets do a great job. The “knock feature” is useful as isthe dood-in-door. The “fingerprint-less stainless finish” keeps it looking good for longer periods. The only complaint is not limited to thos refrigerator or only Lg, but relates to the ease of denting in the stainless steel found in almost all appliances. The stainless is too thin and dents very easily, which is the only quality issue I have with this refrigerator.

I love this refrigerator. I like the convenience of the small outer window door. It is great for beverages or wine. The space is ample. The freezer is amazing. The ice container in the freezer is great for feeling coolers or when you have guest over.

Lots of space inside. Good fridge, just soooo much plastic wrapping. A month later and I’m still finding tape and plastic inside. When delivered, the back where the compressor is was a bit damaged.

We bought this refrigerator in May of 2021. Love the size, the lighting, and the external water feature. The only issue I had was the 1 of my water filters was slightly leaky and dripped water into the fridge. Considering it only happened once in inclined to believe it was an issue with the filter, not the fridge.
The added bonus is that this mode with the door-in-door with glass display was cheaper than the model without the glass.

This is not a good refrigerator. I bought it four years ago. There are always some white things vented out on the water and ice window even I changed the water filter every 6 months with the LG brand. Just wonder if water is safe to drink. At the beginning, the vegetables next to the refrigerator walls in the upper are frozen. So I put the vegetables in the middle of the refrigerator. There is a tray at the bottom of the upper part of the refrigirator. foods are lightly frozen there. I set temperatures.at 42/-3

Refrigerator cost $3700. After 13 months (1 month out of warranty the freezer ice maker stopped working. Expected more from LG for $3700.

Unrealiable parts. Freezer evaporator fan motor died after 25 months. Meaning 1 year and 1 month after LG warranty expired and 1 month after Best Buy’s 24 month protection expired.
LG Warranty/Support was basically useless, directed me to ‘qualified’ LG technicians that quoted me $500+ for the fix due to ‘fans not being sold separately.”
Replacement fan motor was a completely DIFFERENT and upgraded part because the company has DEPRECATED the original fan motor due to it being too small, underpowered, and unreliable. This should’ve been a replacement that LG directly sends to ALL buyers for FREE and schedule free service repair. This was your manufacturing mistake LG, not to be passed on to consumers. Absolutely shameful, will never buy another LG fridge ever. All that being said, when the fridge does work, features are nice, and fridge is very spacious. However the window in the door a a real gimmick, can’t leave any milk/dairy products in the drink compartment as it will spoil rather quickly.

A drawer broke, the top ice maker stopped making ice, plasic to seal fridge broke. I avoided samsung because they said the fridges werent great. I guess i should have avoided LG too. Beautiful fridge but a waste of money. Barely two years and will have to replace. Never buying LG products again.
