    I love this LG refrigerator. We got a new Samsung refrigerator about 6 months ago which wouldn’t cool below 41 degrees. Samsung replaced multiple parts on 3 visits and it still would not cool to a safe temperature, so I returned it and replaced it with this LG. This refrigerator cooled quickly and sufficiently. The water dispenser in the door is quick. The dual ice maker (door and freezer ice tray) is very useful. I’ve had it a month and am very happy.

    Very happy after 3 week. Our first french door fridge so takes some getting used to. Best feature is dual icemaker. The door dispenses smaller cubes at an even pace that makes it easy to fill a cup without sending ice everwhere. Freezer icemaker has large capacity for filling coolers.

    After a bit of a struggle I was able to get a price match from another competitor. Best buy has a better install program than others I saw for a refrigerator so I was happy to work through them. Not sure I really need all the bells and whistles that are on this model but it’s nice to get a reminder of when the filters need to be changed and I guess to see the temperature of the fridge.

    We love our new refrigerator. I am very particular and we actually went through 2 other fridge deliveries before I was happy with this one. It is a full depth fridge, but didn’t stick out quite as badly as the Frigidaire one we first ordered. I love the dual ice makers and there is so much room in the fridge and freezer. It feels sturdy and I hope it will last us for many years.

    Works great ice makers both work. Water filter is working really well. No need to but bottle water anymore. easy temp set. Large capacity freezer is great.

    Great refrigerator/freezer with perfect ice cubes but water barely dispenses from the fridge door. Takes 5 minutes to fill an 8 ounce cup. Contacted LG and the call center operator was no help at all. Says I need to hire a plumber. Gee, thanks !

    I purchased this fridge in January 2022. It worked decently since then, however, the freezer fan just went out. Seems like the longevity should be a lot longer than 15 months.

    Great fridge. We had one in our old house in another state. Moved to another state and needed a fridge and we went for the same LG fridge model. It’s amazingly spacious. The ice maker makes plenty of ice for our family of 4 who loves ice.

    Great fridge with space and features you’d want. Love that fingerprints don’t show much on the body. Would have been 5 stars if you could fill water while the right door is open.

    If you want an annoying fridge this is for you. If you open the door too long (15 secs), the alarm goes off. The only way to shush it, is to turn on Sabath mode, but then all light display is also off. The water from the fridge is room temp and not cold. The left door where the ice maker is, slams shut due to the weight.

    After months of research and shopping, I purchased this LG refrigerator. After owning it a year, I’m quite pleased with it! Has just enough bells and whistles, without going overboard. Dual ice maker is user friendly and even though the ice container in the door is small, you can flip a switch to make/send more ice to a bin in the freezer when needed. Sleek design that’s well suited for both modern and traditional kitchens.

    This refrigerator is my favorite appliance. I love having the two French doors and the big drawer freezer on bottom. Much much better than a side by side in my opinion. I have three people in my household, and there is more than enough room. We all love the ice maker(s) and water dispenser. The filters work great too.

    After going from a 24 year old fridge to this one I can’t be more happy! Only thing I wish it did was close the doors better. I love that it beeps to tell me it’s open and even sends alerts to my phone if it gets left open when I’m not home.

    Overall, I like the refrigerator. Does well keeping things cold and frozen. I LOVE the fingerprint resistant stainless steel. The vege/crisper drawers are good size, deeper than many drawers in other brands, and they hold a lot. The wide meat/deli drawer with flip top is also deep and holds a lot. Could do better: The water filter is right up against the inside wall making it very awkward to remove and install a filter. The shelves are difficult to split/remove and return in place. The lack of shelf height high enough to accommodate 1/2-one gallon containers of milk, etc., without removing half of an entire shelf, is disappointing but my fault. I decided against a different model with a foldable shelf because I thought I needed the dual ice maker. I was wrong. Family of 4, heavy ice users, and we’ve never run out of ice with just the in-door ice maker. (Note: the large door bin is deep enough to hold a lot of larger containers, just not as many as my family uses, especially when stocking up.) Another item that’s disappointing, once again my fault but good for buyers to consider: the dairy shelf. Reaching up and over the front side of the shelf to get the butter vs. flipping the front of a shelf to get to it, is more annoying than I thought it would be.

    For the past 2 months your warehouse has brought the wrong refrigerator. Numerous attempts and every single time they bring a different refrigerator.

    Worked well for less than 2 years. LG does not have a service team in the area. They are not helpful or responsive. Fan motor malfunctioned per code. Very sad when you finally find someone to service it and they tell you to replace it with something other than LG. Microwave is another issue as board is gone,, again no help.

    The refrigerator is really nice. My review is 2 stars because 1 year and 2 months later my ice fan broke. This repair is costing me $350. The warranty on the fridge is one year.

    The fridge operated exceptionally well for 3 years (1 year out of warranty and 7 years short of what we thought the unit would last). Geek Squad came out several times and replaced parts but fridge still wasn’t working. The ordered the brain and the part that came in was not the right part. They are still waiting for the part. The service Rep, Brandon, is super and great to deal with. The fridge however is not living up to expectations. We have been without a fridge since mid November 2023 and it’s almost mid January 2024 and still no working fridge. Had to buy another brand because we just don’t think LG has it together on building refrigerators. I only hope our new LG washer and dryers work longer than the fridge.
