Love this fridge! The house I bought had a built-in cabinet that goes around the fridge. I had to have a specific size and was having trouble finding one to fit. Until I found this one. It is compact but holds a lot. I love the freezer section. I can fit a ton of food in it.

Cools fast, spacious, organized drawers, and love the beeping sound if door is not fully closed. Makes ice pretty fast. Also love the option of making one of the trays can be divided to half to allow tall items be accomodated. Great feature of having a Deli drawer. Our biggest problem is organizing our stuff in the fridge. This refrigerator addressed that issue. Thank you LG and Best Buy!

I am satisfied with purchase. Usually with appliances you spend a lot of money for not much quality. Get a lot of usless features you really don’t need but what the manufacturer tells you you need. However this model was expensive but did come with extra features. Works well and it has a lot of space. That is my honest opinion for appliances shopping.

We’ve had multiple problems and LG Customer service has been awful for over a year now. The unit doesnt work at all and LG keeps giving us the runaround.

Just delivered 11/27/23 and it is working great so far. Self installed and no problems. Need to be sure to remove all tape including the thin tape line at the bottom off the doors and around the outside edge. Others complained about the compressor noise and the ice maker noise but mine is very quiet and only took 6 hours to reach true temperature at 34 degrees inside the fridge and -1 in freezer. Ice made twice in that time frame. Also complaints about the water filter but mine went in very smoothly. Have to ensure the insert lines up and should be the 3 and 5 o clock position then a slight turn to lock it. Ice maker is not noisy at all at least compared to modest priced refrigerators. Maybe very high end and high price makes silent ice but this one does the job. I will return in a few months to give another update but it installed great. This fridge did replace an LG that went out on me but I have 2 large dogs and that would require a once a month cleaning of the back of the fridge. I did not keep up with that and it burned out the compressor. I will take the blame there but there are few choices for this size and would hate to see bad reviews limit the choices further if they are not justified reviews. I hope to return with continued satisfaction in a few months. Only thing I would recommend is separate ice and water dispensers so you don’t have to keep pressing the button to choose and maybe a sensor to alert you to clean the back grates.

So far so good. Refrigerator works great, quiet and is very roomy. The freezer is deep and the pull out drawer is really nice and the freezer compartment is very roomy. Note there is not a second ice maker in the freezer but there’s a bin where you can store extra ice. Still plenty of room for everything we had in our old side-by-side freezer. The LED light is nice and bright and the water dispenser area lights up when you’re getting water. It’s also tall, allowing room to fill water bottles. I like the folding half shelf that allows you to put taller items in one part of the fridge. Overall the fridge looks great and has enough features and plenty of space for us to be extremely happy so far.

Overall we’ve been very happy with this fridge! Our house requires a certain width and this is as one of 2-3 options available. Pros: it’s reliable, easy to use/change the filters, store and organize fridge items. Cons: it can have a loud hum sometimes and the speed of the water dispenser is slower than other fridges I’ve experienced.

Do not add installation to your order. Our fridge installers came to our house pull the old fridge to the middle of the kitchen and left. They did not even bring in the new fridge and left us with counters full of food and our old fridge just sitting in the middle of the kitchen. We called Best Buy and they said the best they could do is have someone come 3 days later. Installation is a complete disaster and I would not recommend.

We bought this based off a picture as they did not have this model in the store, and it is exactly like it looks. Very roomy, love the ice maker and water on the door. The shelfs are adjustable and the door shelving has plenty of room. Delivery was amazing, very professional. We installed ourselves as we had to do some adjustments to our cabinets but love it and the customer service from purchase to delivery was great.

The PERFECT fridge for our small space! It looks great, much quieter than our previous fridge, has a lot of space in top refrigerated space and the bottom freezer space. I like having adjustable shelving and different sized storage spaces on the inside of each door for organization. The ONLY suggestion for change in design would be to have two separate drawers on the bottom, instead of one drawer so you don’t have to open both fridge doors to open the drawer. Still support the 5 Star Rating!!!

Replaced another LG fridge and unfortunately I have limited choices due to 33 inch width. Last lg was only 4 years old and it stopped cooling. If you have dogs, need to clean coils at least once a month so I can’t fully blame the fridge. I was doing it every 3 months. This is an updated version and I was lucky and found it in the open box section. I got it for 1100 and purchased the 5 year geek squad warranty. I installed the fridge and would recommend replacing your water line with flex per line and also use the lg filter because the after market ones do not seem to fit exactly right and my water tastes like a hose. The filter seemed to have been bypassed. When I replaced it with the LG filter and used the pen line, water came out great. Other reviews seem to bash this fridge but I like it and it’s working just as it should so far. Bought this 2 months ago and no issues.

Weve had our fridge for a few weeks now and its such an upgrade from our last one. We love the external water and ice maker. Previous fridge had the ice in the freezer which took up so much space and would get dirty. The shelves in front of the ice maker are still very functional. There is so much room! We havent figured out how to fill it up yet, but im sure we will.

This fridge I consider one of my best purchases, love the functions, inside layout /space. The delivery not so good though therefore giving only 4 stars. Paid additional fees for delivery and hook up service with which mandatory is to purchase waterline kit. But delivery guys told me that I need to hire plumber to install it, so I’m kind of puzzle here what was that fee for because description says something different at the end it was fine they hook up to my old waterline. Be caution with the delivery service.
