Love this fridge! There is so much space inside and it is so easy to see everything inside, even at the back of the shelves. The double drawer freezer is great for organization. We have the frequently used items, like ice cream, in the top drawer and lesser used items in the bottom. The only thing missing is a light in the bottom drawer. The water dispenser inside is great because the outside dispensers always leave water on the floor. I do wish the door bins could be moved to various positions, but they are deep and hold a lot, which is great. Would recommend this fridge to anyone.

Bought this in 2021, had problems (and having more) with the seal on the lower part of the freezer, Samson came out, can’t say enough about the great service they gave. Washed his hand before touching the freezer, wore booties not to dirty the floor, worked very diligently and was very very polite can’t say enough good things about SAMSUNG fridge

We love this refrigerator! It fits perfectly in the existing space and as a counter depth, it looks better than the last full depth refrigerator it replaced. We love the clean lines without the ice and water on the door. The smaller ice cubes are nice and can be boosted with the “ice Plus” button, to make more ice quicker for 24 hours at a time. Bright inside and everything fits with more room in the refrigerator due to the ice being in the freezer.

Its a great fridge, but it is small. Not enough room if you want to store more than a few things, they sent the wrong model so we are waiting on the same fridge just bigger model. I will say the bins on the door are great, big, more than enough room, and the fridge is very quiet.

Have had the fridge for a number of months now. Has plenty of room for a family of 4 that includes 2 teenagers and do like how much the doors storage holds.
I finally had to replace the water filter, which was really easy, but upon replacing the rear air filter I found that it didn’t have one from the factory. Don’t know if it should of been installed when built or when delivered, but there was none.

Good fridge – one thing I am quite pleased with is the quality of the door containers. Last fridge I bought (different manufacturer, same price) I had to replace the containers within a year – and they weren’t cheap.
I’m not thrilled with the interior water dispenser – the flow is too slow to be standing there with the door open. (I wasn’t excited about that design feature as I was shopping, but the price and everything else overruled.)
Also, if you’re a magnet person, don’t put any on the front of the fridge – you’ll run the risk of scratching the surface.
