    However, I’m still getting used to it’s size since, counter-depth. Definitely can tell the difference from our last refrigerator that was bigger.

    I read the reviews before I purchased the refrigerator and the only issue that was consistent was around the ice maker.

    It did seem like that was going to be an issue however after several days it started making a lot of ice cubs and also ice balls.

    I am happy with the purchase.

    The concept of the extra slide out drawer that can be switched between refrigeration and freezer functions is great; but in practice, it cuts down too much on available storage space. I purchased the Counter Depth refrigerator but this may not be the case for a standard depth refrigerator.

    The fridge is great but the customer service is absolutely awful. We were supposed to get the black version and they sold it to us out of stock. Didn’t have a fridge for over a month. When they were supposed to deliver it. We ended up having to change fridges to this one… paid a difference for the same fridge… they said we will get back the difference and when we got the new fridge they said no… spent over 12 hours on the phone to get a fridge etc..

    My fiance and I LOVE this fridge! It includes every feature we wanted in a fridge and is very spacious! The only thing to make note of is the left side door shelf space is pretty limited, so you can’t place a lot of your condiments there. However, water bottles fit perfect, so not a deal breaker! Highly recommend!

The refrigerator itself is outstanding and runs incredibly quiet. We’re still trying to think of ways to capitalize on its many features. Let’s face it, it’s pricy. But, it has lived up to its billing. For us, a great choice!

    After quite a bit of research we purchased this LG refrigerator and absolutely love it. We had never purchased a more expensive refrigerator but this is worth every penny. What I love the most is the ‘converter drawer’. It’s the top drawer that you can use as a fridge or a freezer. Since we don’t freeze that much food, we use it as a fridge. That’s a lot of extra fridge space. It also is a bit larger then our last fridge so it sticks out more. But this is not a problem as you can see on the picture. We just love LG!

    This fridge is everything we expected and more. If you are interested in buying this model make sure you understand the middle compartment can be used as either extra storage for the fridge or freezer. the temperature has to be adjusted to accordingly. We found this out by chance.

    owned 1 month…so far great fridge. no issues. Top ice bucket is small compared to old Kitchenaid fridge. Bottom craft ice lays 3 ice balls per day. I wonder what takes so long?

    I am still waiting for my refrigerator to be delivered. I was told they were on back order & the earliest date I could get was 2-17-24. To my surprise I was checking Best Buy website 1-14-24 & found the same refrigerator with a delivery date being offered for 1-18-24. No one had contacted me to offer to change my delivery date on my order & to make matters worse I am already getting billed for the refrigerator that I do not have yet!!! What kind of service is this?

    Like the drink door. Interior lights are very bright. Use the convertible drawer for ice cream and ice cream treats.
    Can not yet find how to switch from craft ice to small ice.
