    Very much like the layout of the fridge section, with its full width cheese drawer and clear door to the separate drink compartment. Not so crazy about the inadequate interior light or the freezer drawer which makes it hard to get at any specific food because things are stacked on top of each other. Also, when we received the unit, we noticed that the freezer was icing up. A repair man came by and had to reset the freezer rubber gasket with a heat gun, because it was not sealing properly and allowing moist air into the freezer section. The refrigerator seems to be working okay since then.

    Love my refrigerator, the only flaw i’ve found is that the in door ice maker has a freeze spot where a clump of ice will form. I don’t use that much ice so i do have to dump that ice in the door out periodically because a clump of ice will form.

    Fits perfectly in the space. There’s plenty of room in refrigerator and freezer for the 2 of us as well as parties. Love the ice maker and water dispenser. Also the internal freezer ice maker so plenty of ice. The Insta view door is great for items frequently used. Grandkids love to knock on the door!

    So far, so good. The extra door on the outside is a feature I really enjoy. Allows you easy access to common items while saving energy with not letting out as much cool air from the fridge. Rightly larger than my old fridge, so I enjoy being able to store more than I did previously. Would recommend this everyone!

    Don’t buy anything from LG! We have a 2 year old refrigerator that has not worked for 2 months. Their warranty repair is unbelievably bad and their customer service is completely unhelpful. There was a class action suit that was settled previously but it is too late to register for it. Hopefully there will be new one.

    The. Refrigerator is ok, but it’s to small and it’s the wrong refrigerator that was delivered,, I’m expecting the right refrigerator September 29th 2022, hopefully there won’t be any more delays.

    Love the refrigerator – Was a little disappointed in the shelving in the beverage center since there is no flexibility in the positioning. Size is what we needed for our smaller kitchen, but it was a little of a shock how much less space there is, but we have actually found that it works just fine (3 people in our household).

    Freezer freezes up in the drawer covering everything with ice much more than it should even though the freezer is set to teh warmest setting available.
    At first I thought it was just being brand new and was humidity within the unit but this has been happening for weeks now

    Its good. Looks nice. The drinks door is cool. The ice and water takes up too much space and the ice clumps a lot so I have to open it up and fix it. Easy to do just annoying.

    We had a perfectly good refrigerator that had a horrible ice maker which eventually broke. We knew we wanted a refrigerator with a better ice maker and one that the ice on the door didn’t take the entire top corner of the refrigerator space. This one is perfect. Two ice dispensers, plenty of room on the inside and no problems with the ice.

    It’s a fridge…it makes things cold and that part is fine. However, two things our KitchenAid and Kenmore did better…..1. There is no thermometer in the freezer and fridge, so you never know the temperature. I just assumed all refrigerators had thermometers now. There is a temperature setting, but that only tells us where we have it set….does not tell us the actual temperature.
    2. If you’re dispensing ice or water, and you try to open any door, the ice or water shuts off immediately. I usually start filling with ice and then grab my drink.
    3. Oh, and one more on the ice/water dispenser. Let’s say it’s set to water and you want ice. So you first push the ice button to turn on the lights, but you have to hit it a second time to switch from water to ice. Crazy….just change the first time I push the button !!
    I do like the Instaview door, but I don’t necessarily like it for the window, I just like that I’m not opening up the whole fridge to grab a drink. I use that door 8 out of 10 times I use the fridge. Nice feature.
    However, the manager at the Daytona Best Buy never responded to any of the three messages I left for them. Very poor service in Daytona so find the next closest store.

    This was an amazing refrigerator for 3.5 years then it just stopped cooling. We came back from vacation to a broken refrigerator and tons of stinky, spoiled food. We hope to get it fixed, but a $2300 LG should work for longer than 3.5 years! LG, please fix or replace our refrigerator!
