Washer works great, as some mentioned it does shake pretty loud but I have it in a spot where the dishwasher was and put a bit of board in between the washer and wall to keep it shaking so bad and banging against the side. I am disappointed with Best Buy though, it went on sell less than 30 days of it being delivered and they wouldn’t give me the price difference of 200 for the washer and the dryer. Both being on sell 100 cheaper. Other wise I would rate it 4 stars.

This LG washer has performed very well over the first month that i’ve owned it. Clothes come out well cleaned, the operation / preset settings are very user-friendly, and the wifi interface w/ the LG app is very handy. So far so good -> no complaints.

In my experience, it’s hard to provide a complete review without a longer experience with the product. No one ever seems to ask you to write a review 2 or 3 years after purchase but for now I’m happy with this washer.

This washer’s capacity is much smaller than its accompanying stackable dryer, but it still sufficient for our needs. However, it does shake and vibrate more (on the spin dry cycle) than our previous washer that was almost twice the capacity, I suppose because it is less heavy, even with the dryer on top.
The reason I got this washer is because I first got the matching Heat Pump dryer and I wanted to stack the units. The Heat Pump dryer is great but I do like this washing machine as well. Unfortunately there are not a lot of heat pump dryers available.
Just make sure you look over it for damages upon delivery. This is the second appliance I received from Best Buy that arrive dented. I got a fair credit for the dented washer, but missed out on a huge dent with a very expensive range that I bought previously.

Very happy with this washer, it is much quieter than our previous washer despite spinning at a much faster rpm. The smaller size still handles a fairly large load but takes a bit longer than our previous machine. The longer time may be just what setting we are choosing.

I brought this washer because i needed an appropriate sized washer to fit in a small closet this fit the dimensions. Overall it’s a great washer cleans efficiently and quietly. It is smart home compatible and can be controlled from my phone. My laundry comes out fresh and clean when I use it. I was also able to stack my dryer on top of it.

This is a small apartment size washer but surprisingly it can wash quite a bit of laundry to a load. The machine takes the weight of the load into account for the amount of time needed to do the load. Very nice washer. The spin cycle leaves the load with very little water in it so it drys pretty fast

There apparently is a manufacturers defect with this washer. Had 3 of them delivered and all shook really bad, first floor laundry and machines shook whole house. Ended up getting a different brand. Dryer has ventless technology and take twice as long to dry. Also traded for different brand with a vent

This item is a substitute for my original choice that was mis-ordered at the store. It is half the capacity of my original choice. The dryer needed to be ventless, and the original one delivered was not. After three weeks back-and-forth with the store and customer service. I have given up. Well over four hours on the phone, four hours for a delivery that was incorrect, and three visits to the store and still no resolution. I have been told five times that a supervisor would be in touch with me as my case was escalated. I never heard from any supervisor. There were also promises of gift certificates for my inconvenience – there have been no gift certificates. This has been going on for six weeks. I have turned to one of their competitors and have gotten the washtower originally requested in one week! Do yourself a favor, and take your business elsewhere!
